It's probable Pika does have a personal account, but it's either protected (doubly so now) or she lays low, only posts pictures or texts posts with info that can't be referenced with her Pikamee identity.
If one would like to find something, I'd say you'd need access to follow someone like Tomoshika's roomate, even then, there wouldn't be a guarantee you would find anything, much less if you're completely moonrune illiterate like me.

I don't think Pika is coming back. Maybe if she misses it in six monthes or a year, but it seems like she's done. The official document says "her wishes" like when Coco quit and Holo wanted her to stay. She'd already apologized, so not like VOMs was ordering her to do it and she rage quit. Unless there was some behind the scenes unrelated drama, like revenue spilt, I don't see why she would go indie or sign with Vshojo. The only argument against my theory is the DFE tactic VOMS is taking.
Yeah, Coco was somehow able to ditch the bugmen (eventually) by rebranding, but the troon squad is a whole different level of terminally online autists. So I'm sure someone as unique as her would be found quickly, and I don't think she would want to weather that storm again.
