I posted this in the LawTube thread but I think if the DMs are real, the leaker may be Faran's sister. The one who Andrew Branca drunkenly called a cunt and later DFE'ed.
Some of the DMs relate to the relationship with the sister. Some of the messages appear like they're from a family group chat, so unless they're fake someone must have been leaking messages from it - maybe the sister, if she found out Faran had been badmouthing her in DMs to Internet strangers. Who else in the family would know who "Divinity Said" is?
The swinger DMs look like they're from WhatsApp - which would mean, if real, it's probably someone she knows in person, since WhatsApp exposes your phone number. Though maybe she's stupid enough to give her phone number to random people. The same goes for the message at the end where Faran says she's betrayed that the person leaked messages and threatens a lolsuit over it (LMAO). "You broke my heart" seems like strong words for Internet acquaintances and more something you'd say to a sibling.

This is a puzzling comment, since the DM says that conversation apparently in which Rekieta apparently "admitted his wife wants to swing... they were at swinger island... and he's building a sex room and all this shit..." occurred "the night of that infamous drunk stream with him and [Faran]".
Assuming that she means the drunk stream that Rekieta deleted afterwards, that occurred on September 23, 2022. I am not aware of any speculation on this thread that Rekieta had gone to "swinger island", presumably a reference to Hedonism II, before the nude beach pictures from Locals were posted here in November. And if it wasn't speculated here, I would be surprised if any such rumors occurred anywhere else.
EDIT: Faran apparently didn't proofread this before hitting send because she's edited the Tweet four times so far and she has a new version of the statement again different from the one I archived above. It appears to add the sentence "This depression brought on by the continued harassment by Divinity and me trying to ignore it." in paragraph 3. Maybe she will edit it again to add the missing "was" in that sentence.

The house is a bit much for someone who just quit Kohl's four years ago so she probably lives under the auspices of a well-to-do husband or family. Not sure about her marriage status. I could be wrong but it SEEMS like she started working as Loss Prevention for Home Depot after quitting Kohl's but my confidence level on that is low because the Instagram post is oddly worded (or I'm just retarded). If that's the case she's probably only making like $20 an hour. Nothing I'd look down on, but still a bit below a half million dollar house.
The Instagram profile confirms a lot of the above details. She also seems to be a practicing Catholic so I wonder how she squares her Rekieta simpery with her Catholicism and the blasphemy of "Ass Wednesday" but hey, I'm non-religious so it's not my grass to mow.

In regards to the Nick thing you’re right there wasn’t any speculation about them swinging at that time (I was reading the thread earlier from around that time) if there had been the rumors would have been much more vicious she should have checked with the monogamous balldo lawyer before she released her statement.
