Now I've made myself feel uncomfortable before bed time...sigh... that change in facial expression will stay with me and form the basis of wonderful night terrors. Cheers Jess

Wasn't she saving for a rot dog a while back? Guess the revenue from those inspiring art pieces didn't come through ...

Of course you have no sensation, Sandi. You have flesh-tattoos.

I'm convinced this one just got her tits lopped off as an alternative to healthy weight loss. She's not even trying to pass. Those hips don't lie. That scar looks especially gnarly. It looks like a cheap stage prosthetic.
Black people can be particularly prone to hypertrophic scarring and keloid formation, which is what this looks like. Scar tape might help a little bit, but considering how thick and raised it is, she'd probably benefit from pulsed dye laser treatment. Scarring like that isn't merely unsightly; it can seriously affect range of motion, particularly in a location like this.

"Pain and anxiety can be very confusing," is she gaslighting her patients and deny their lived experience? And I notice she's taken to emphasizing that her victims can stay in touch with her all the time, although I guess by "staying in touch" she means "send me videos, but don't expect me to answer to any of your post-op complications".
I suspect that she uses the "anxiety" suggestion to dismiss her patients' claims of physical pain. They say they're in pain, and she tells them to try relaxation strategies and mindfulness meditation and shit instead of addressing the physical cause.

Wow, the video about complications is illuminating. Note that all three of the causes she outlines are directly the fault of the patient rather than the surgeon. Also, the bit about going back to the surgeon with issues rather than seeking a second opinion is pretty classic abuser CYA strategy. "Our little secret" and all that.

I actually do feel bad for that girl. That keloid looks horribly uncomfortable, it looks to be very thick just at the center of the incision. Some scars like that can continue to grow and cause pain; it can be a real issue keeping them under control. Hopefully she doesn’t have that problem but it doesn’t look good.

She’s at least smart in this regard.

Some docs are very generous with pain meds. With Sheev, it’s time for the ibuprofen and “oh it’s just anxiety!” when they’re weaned off the good stuff.

Authorities may not care that much about trannies getting the chop, but they do care about overprescribing, and she doesn’t want any attention in that regard.

I actually typed and then deleted pretty much exactly this. I think she's being very careful to avoid any scrutiny, and part of that is not appearing too generous with the opiates.

I will say that I think the pendulum has swung a bit too far in the wake of the "opiate epidemic", and patients who are actually experiencing severe pain are likely being under-treated, which is just as bad and harmful as the pill mills of the early aughts handing out an oxycodone prescription to every patient complaining of nonspecific back pain.

In this case, though, regardless of regulations surrounding schedule II drugs, I don't think she actually cares whether her patients are in pain. She does the "teet yeet" or stinkditch install, gets the money, and hustles the poor sap out of the office as quickly as possible to make room for the next one. Prescribing controlled substances would actually require a modicum of oversight and follow-up on her part, and she's not willing to bother. It's not even something that registers for her.

Nobody on Earth with a BMI >45, male or female, has a completely flat chest.

More and more, I'm thinking that the delusional expectations of these patients arise, in part, from a lack of meaningful face-to-face interaction with other human beings. They have no understanding of what an actual human body looks like, because all of their interactions with people happen on a screen. They see so many images of people, likely with turbo filters applied, that they don't realize that the the thing on the screen isn't really representative of a human body.

Why does she keep calling herself out like this?
Oh god that poor woman's (pre-op) back. Tits like that are painful. And massively inconvenient. No wonder she wanted to lop them off. My back hurts just looking at her. I'm not say she should've gotten them removed (a breast reduction would've been a much better option), but I understand the sentiment.
