Everything FFG has mentioned so far is something a SIXTEEN year old cat can live with just fine. A 22 year old cat (or is it 23 yet) they might fare less well but still, bad teeth and dirty ears should not be a death sentence. Unless it’s Peetz , of course.

If I was FFG, I’d have my SIL take lots of photos, in lots of lights and happy poses and activities. Then if FFG does turn out to have kidney disease or something and had to be put down, FFG shouldn’t announce it for a while. Just post an occasional old/new photo. I’d have that damn cat living 21 years whether she did or not!

(Kidney disease seems to come on quickly so she’s hopefully fine. )

I don't think Chantal defending herself by saying she was struggling at the time holds any weight (lol) really, as she spent enough time driving around for fast food, drugs and to the crackhouse. It wasn't like she was confined to her room with zero funds, she was just too lazy to contact the vets and attend the appointment.

It wasn't that she couldn't take the cat to the vet due to depression, health, etc (although you could argue there are ways around this and you should prioritise the health of your pets even in that situation), it was that she couldn't be arsed and preferred to spend her money on food and Nader. I'd love to see her fast food bills for those few months where her audience were screaming at her to take the cat to the vet, and how that cost compares to how much FFG has paid towards BBJ's care since getting her.

Chantal is a simple creature and will always put her own happiness and comfort first. She dropped Sam, BBJ and Peetz like hot shit when she got a better offer, doesn't seem to have a great relationship with her family and has no friends other than her Beezers, which is quite sad at her age. This whole FFJ/BBJ situation has simply highlighted how heartless she is, and she's seething that she can't control the narrative anymore. A very welcome update to the Chantal Saga.

Not much more for me to add about cats, but I will make two kind of generalized points.

1. I think it is important that people refer to it as "animal neglect" rather than "animal abuse". Yes, I realize that neglect can be considered a form of abuse. But in Chantal's mind, abuse means physically assaulting the animal, and so she can indignantly and righteously crow that she has never done that and never would. There is no way she can escape that tag of animal neglect though, and to those who care about animals, one is just as bad as the other. So if you want to keep tagging her for this, I'd suggest going with 'neglect'

2. Really, none of this should even come as a surprise. We saw this play out in similar fashion in 2021. Former VIB Vegan4Life had given Fatso a $200 superchat, specifically to take the cats to the vet. Prior to that superchat, El Lardo was making every excuse in the book not to take them to the vet, and finally settled on the cost (despite making $12K a month, as she told Negz at around that time). She literally said, "if one of YOU want to pay for the vet, then I'll take her". So Vegan4Life took her up on it and sent the superchat. Not only did Clotso not take the cats to the vet, she kept the $200 and blocked Vegan4Life, managing both animal neglect and theft at the same time. She got off relatively scot-free for that, so seeing her catch some heat now is gratifying.

As long as she keeps up this "it would be better for BBJ if she were dead" line of reasoning, she's gonna only look like the most selfish psycho in the world. It still amazes me that some Beezers are actually agreeing with her on this shit, but it has long been proven that the only people dumber than Chantal are her utterly sick and pathetic beezers.

Casey/BBJ doesn't look like she has symptoms of kidney disease (and cats can live years with that condition). Symptoms are: drinking a lot, having no appetite (due to being nauseous all the time), scruffy fur due to dehydration.

BBJ being neglected by Chins is nothing new. The whole of gorl world already knew that for a long time, and it's not like we needed confirmation of that.
