I think the big factor on if marty is gonna be in trouble or not (which i dont think he will be ) is the fact chance literally said " I thought i told you not to come here" whilst walking directly at him

If Sally were smart, she would call the cops, get chance and Marty locked up for the night, but also have Marty booked so she has the info to file a restraining order against him
