I think ya'll are giving Chibi way too much credit, the KH fandom is huge and there's no way he'd land roll as a main character like Sora or Roxas when they could find someone with actual talent who puts effort in to their cosplay. I think the mistake people are making is taking Chibi at his word about this 'talented' team and 'big' production. Like I say, anyone willing to associate with Chibi after talking to him for more than five minutes has to be the same kind of turbo autist as him, so I am fully expecting/wishing for a live-action fan film with a bunch of Chibi-tier cosplayers all doing their best anime acting.

Maybe I am being too optimistic, but why not? Whatever it is he ultimately puts out, I think we can all agree it will be the best kind of awful.

You're probably right on that. Chibi would be the type to try to hype up anyone willing to work with him. Probably a good thing to be honest, the more low budget and horrible it looks the funnier it will be when Chibi tries to take it super seriously.

I actually have my own theory about this; I think he plans to do something really stupid and retarded all on his own, and the big “collaboration with some epic people” he’s talking about will be the part where we make fun of him on the Farms.

Going to Japan to go to the starbucks is the stupidest thing you can do when visiting a foreign country.

Eh, they have some pretty cool seasonal drinks and a lot of flavors unique to Japan (sakura, hōjicha, etc). It's a fine enough pitstop on your way to doing something more meaningful. They also sell city-specific mugs and tumblers that are honestly really nice, especially the Kyoto ones.

Going to somewhere like Tokyo, seeing something iconic like the Shibuya scramble crossing, and having your only takeaway be "oo starbux", though? Yeah, that's dumb as all get out. And you know he definitely didn't get any of the unique to Japan seasonal drinks I mentioned above.

As someone that's been to glorious Nippon and isn't a complete and total sperg, I can tell you the only attention Starbucks got was a hearty laugh for being the only non-tourist place that charges so much for shit coffee.
