No, but the strata voted in favour of a resolution to pay for a lawyer to initiate proceedings as necessary. Right now she's an owner but she isn't in the building causing shit because of her restrictions, so my understanding is the strata can't seek a court order right now because there's no "misbehaviour" right now. It’s almost impossible to force a sale purely on the grounds of misbehaviour/ breaching rules in a strata. It would be like trying to force a sale of a house in your street. The inviolate nature of property rights are ancient. Civil prosecutions, mental health notifications and criminal proceedings as well as social opprobrium and shunning are possible strategies to get someone to decide to leave. Not likely to work with the Yaniv Collective. The other availabLe pathway is to build financial pressure by issuing a ton of OC breach notices, which, if unpaid, become a debt against the property owed to the owners corporation. From there you can get a judgment for the debt, and, after attempts at recovery via seizure of chattels, eventually force a sale of the property to recover the debt. That could take years.

Registrars require registrants to verify the contact details for their domains on what I believe is an annual basis. Some don't require action if everything is up to date; others may require a login or clicking on a link to verify that everything is up to date or correct. Whatever the case, I hope it's resolved quickly.

Thanks for the info. My only real exposure was any bits from MATI. The fact it was a subforum originally made it difficult to navigate and I'll agree I do only have a surface level knowledge of Yaniv.

Yeah, it's pretty hard when you're confronted with a torrent of disorganised information. There are still a number of huge forum cows that I'm only vaguely familiar with because their threads are so long and complex that it'd take weeks to get through it. Meowmix is a good place to start if you're interested in Yaniv. There's a lot of info there, but it's organised into discrete packages and doesn't have the amount of filler that comes with an active thread. Yaniv is a good combination of madding and hilarious; on the one hand he's a predator that was let go far too long, but he's eternally the source of his own comeuppance. The time when it was confirmed that he'd cut off his own dick was the highlight of my entire year.
