There is no chance that he stuck to the diet past the first meal he got at the nursing home. Do you actually think he's just eating the food he's posting? Tammy probably is swinging to whatever fast food place on her way in and slipping him some. Nursing homes are like every single other part of healthcare, absurdly understaffed. The last thing the nurses care about is Jack Scalfani drinking soda and eating food he's not suppose to.

Meanwhile I decided to look at the Scalfani home sale. For easy comparison, here is the info for Jacks former lair

Here is a home in the same neighborhood, not even a few hundred feet away, with nearly the same square footage and bed/bath count (and an updated kitchen). 10% cheaper.

Here is another with larger square footage, similar kitchen (older stove) for 20% less. Note that they started the listing at 550,000 and they had to price drop 50,000. It's been on the market for 4 months.

Simplifying the numbers. Scalfini bought the home for 280k. Lets assume they put a 20% down payment. so they have a 220k loan. After 9 years, they should have a balance of around 190k. So assuming the scalfanis sell for 490k (which the near carbon copy I just posted is still on the market for), they will walk away with 300k. I assume their medical expenses are astronomical right now. Clearly they owe something since they are selling the home. Easily 20k, likely 50k, not shockingly 100k.

With a low estimate of 100k a year for their fast food expenses, I would venture it will be at most 2 years until Jack beats Tammy to death with his dead arm and eats her corpse for survival.

I know people on Facebook were mocking him a few days ago for complaining so much about the nursing home food. Part of me wonders if this is an attempt by Jack to backtrack and prove them wrong. "See! I can be positive!"

It's Jack though so maybe I'm wrong. A better explanation might be that the sugar from the meal is overriding his mushbrain and its need to constantly be whining about something

He started Profile by Fatford in January 2021, and his goal was to lose 100 lbs by that September. Obviously, that never happened. He also kept lying on livestreams with how much he lost. 20? 30? He also rounded up a lot. I’m guessing what he ended up losing (if anything) was mostly water weight. He also refused to do weigh-ins on the (now deceased) livestream because he was a pussy ass bitch and knew he’d be caught in a lie.

You forgot my favorite part of the farce: when he began to use Tammy's own weightloss as his own and began using "we lost x weight" since he didn't lose shit at all. That was hilarious when it happened, especially since he was starting to get pissed over having to either diet or fake a diet.

That's why him losing shit over his food in the home is funny to me; he's finally forced to restrict calories and he's losing his shit as his trauma induced eating disorder enters MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE. Nearly all SNF residents will be on weekly weight orders, to catch early signs of malnutrition/failure to thrive. (Residents with heart failure will be more frequent.)

All Jack needs to do to show off is bring his phone when go to the scale, and tell us what the tare weight is for his wheelchair. If you're at a nursing home and you see small numbers hand-lettered on the rear of wheelchairs, it's usually the tare weight. Room numbers can change.
