Chantal has never been able to listen to criticisms of herself or anything that would shatter her delusions. That is nothing new. Prior to the livestream era, Chantal hated reactors and filmed some rage videos, but oftentimes, especially in the first few years of her channel, she would deal with reaction channels by copyright striking them into a YouTube ban. Small fry reactors tended to be affected the most and they would rarely contest the strike, due to the fact that YouTube requires that you share your real name and address (or use your attorney's information) if you want to counter. But she seemed to back off from using this method so often after copyright striking Zachary Michael, back when he reacted to her more often. He contested the strike, and she never showed evidence she was taking him to court, so his videos were restored and the strikes were lifted.

Right now, there are such a large number of reactors, including way too many who want to be part of the action (more so than in the beginning). While FFG is the one Chins hates the most, especially due to the BBJ situation and resulting narc injury, there are so many reactors now that Chantal can't seem to focus on just one or two. But the underlying unwillingness to acknowledge the flaws that everyone else sees is one of the features that make her a prime lolcow.
