Actually it's supposed to hit the 120's this weekend. You never get used to that, it's like living in an oven.

A single day of it is bearable, especially if the humidity is low, although exceedingly unpleasant. If it's part of a heat wave where the temperatures are 40+ for 3-5 days, there's so much heat stored in buildings and other structures like roads that it's absolutely hideous even when the temperature drops to the 20s overnight there'll be heat radiating off your walls at 3am.

Being sleep deprived by the end of a heat wave is pretty much unavoidable.

my biggest mistake was letting myself get suckered into writing an embellished version of the story. i will not be punished at all in court for that instance and anybody believing that i will or even should, is simply in error. there was nothing so evil as what happened. what's really evil is all the pedophiles who are projecting their denial attributing their fantasies to what really happened and trying to villify me for something that was very innocent.

i haven't slept 8 hours at a stretch very much unless i was sick or injured in over 30 years. 3-5 at night and 1-3 in the day time is usual but very irregular in the timing for a number of reasons.
