An interesting consequence of this that can be observed today is looking at (suprise!) reddit. Specifically r/actuallesbians, a subreddit that has been around since 2009 and over the last 5 or so years has been completely overtaken by troons, with very few real women in sight. Many of the top posts are from trannies or something to do with being a "transbian".
