HL was an international purchase, and they forget, the majority of the world thinks troons are disgusting. Middle East, Asia, South East Asia, don't promote or condone lgbt.

So yeah, it's not just the whole world just wanna game despite trans issue, it's the whole world except lunatics don't find Joanne or HL problematic at all.

It's because they've devoted so much energy to hating her, and yet despite that not only has JK not killed herself or deleted her accounts, people still side with her, buy her products and support the series. I think that's the core of it, this whole debacle has exposed just how little control the trans community really has over the material world and they don't know how to deal with it.

Shit man, we got pretty close to mainline woke (or whatever) YouTubers and news outlets publically coming out and telling these people "You're being crazy."

Kinda PL by association, but I thought the lovely patrons of this thread would enjoy this information.

My friend volunteers at a library and she says that there's been a crazy reignition of interest in the HP series. They had to buy more of the books because the ones they have are literally always checked out, and people are signing up in advance to borrow them. As a proud transphobe of course this makes her happy, but she says the best part is that so many children are now expressing interest in reading these books. Sometimes they come with friends so they can read together.

TFW your book series has been improving child literacy for over 20 years while also pissing off the most insufferable group of people known to mankind.

I bought some of the HP books again (since my childhood copies are lost to time) and I blame every single person posting about JKR doing good things in this thread for that.

Following up my previous little field report: I think this hari pota shop in my area is doing good, every time I leave my house I see people with Hogwarts pins and Gryffindor scarves. And I don't even have any funny sperging to post, all my local trannies went silent. (:_(

About the game tho, say whatever you want, but even with all that diversity and trans character, it can be really based at times.
For example there's a mission involving walking around the castle and screeching racist shit at other students. Well, wizard-ish racist shit, but still!
