On john Stewart.

his moment was the cross fire episode where he basically said his show was before puppets making phone calls and the real media needed to do its job.

9/11 and the GWoT soured alot of people and the shift when obama got elected rippled through the culture. Stewart basically got offered clout by going to the white house correspondence dinner, and having obama come on the show. So john pulled his punches and hid behind he isnt a news show.

and alumnai of the daily show....just took it further

Despite Stewart railing against CrossFire. It was probably one of the last MSM shows that had an actual Democrat vs Republican duking it out. After Stewarts comments, the Head of the nework decided to axe the show. So Stewart ended up just fueling the political divide.

Architecture schools teach that nice-looking buildings are "white-coded" and "alienate" other ethnicities. Since it's morally wrong for anywhere on Earth to be somewhere black people don't want to go, that means we have to tear it all down.

Stewart just proved that acting self-righteous and mocking people is more convincing than debate or straight news. It's a lesson that Carlson took to heart, and now he has the #1 show on television.

I guaran-fuckin'-tee her "defense" is gonna be shit like "They said I was gonna be the Disinformation Czar bu actually my position would have been the Leader of the Task For Against Disinformation. They claimed I was gonna censor critics of the administration but my job would have been to actually use expert opinions and analysis to detect and disprove harmful disinformation."

I wonder if she really thinks she has any sort of leg to stand on. If this was actually possible you would think her handlers and WEF pals would have already moved to do something like this and get rid of the bothersome right wing figures calling them out. Maybe she just wants to do a Keffals and grift some money.

That appears to be a talking point from the "Global Disinformation Index", a British organization that targeted conservative media outlets and others who entertained the lab leak hypothesis.

And "adversarial narratives" is just their smarmy, pseudointellectual term for hatefacts.

Tucker had already given notice he was quitting and had started his own show on PBS. Crossfire was already slated to be canceled by the time Stewart was a guest.

I ve followed china for...fuck...ever it feels like. did asian studies in college.

The PLA exists as the military arm of the party not the state. The PLA is more a criminal enterprise because it has to generate its own funding. The office core consists of people who bought their commission.

The soldiers mostly practice suppressing their own people. The PLA got their ass beat by niggers in africa.

The other issue is that with one child policy you have only sons going off to fight which wont be popular on the home front.

China has soo many domestic issues I would love to see them try at this point

I think it would be nice to have a general information office. But the rule is they cant talk to the media privately they have publicly post the official narative and if it doesnt stand up to review their credibility will tank
