The Eloise obsession is unsettling. And to decorate your bathroom with? Ew. This foo knows nothing about being a girl. Say a real girl is getting a bathroom redo and gets to pick out the theme. Past a certain age, she is not going for a storybook theme. I think most little girls look up to teenage girls, and teenage girls look up to young adult girls. She admires the independence and respect they have (whether from their peers or other adults.) She thinks their style is cool and wants to copy it to be like them. The last thing she wants is to continue to infantilize herself any longer. How many times have you heard a little girl demand that she is actually a big girl. I'm sure it's the same for little boys wanting to grow and be like the older boys. It's healthy and natural to want to grow and mature and be respected among adult society. It's creepy and deranged when a 25 year old adult plans to take bubble baths and talk about their (lack of) lovelife under artwork from a child's storybook (cross-dressing aside.) I didn't HATE Dylan's horrible pepto bathroom for one reason: I could see myself creating a similar bathroom in Sims 4 for a lonely cat lady sim.
