It could be that a lot of them expect something like a vulva/vagina, only to find out it is actually a suppurating wound of which the channel of it needs constant stretching and a gives off a cadaverous stench.

Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you all for making this thread. I've been reading it over the past couple of weeks.

I knew I'd be in for a shitshow, but holy hell my eyes are scarred for life. I'm trans and was already 95% certain I would never get a neovag, this thread gave me the last 5%.
Should be mandatory reading material for every tranny who considers this stuff.

Day 4 - Swelling improving

I had a metoidioplasty with urethral lengthening, without a v-ectomy or scrotoplasty. I also have a skin condition that we removed by removing my labia majora and pubic mons. Dr. Santucci said that my labia minora was a prime candidate for the UL so expects me to have no revisions.

I believe I have 6 lines of stitching, but it's hard to tell with the phallus still being swollen. The rest of the swelling has gone down though. The SP tube is on a flip flow now which is really getting me used to standing to pee. I'm using a prescription strength antibiotic ointment on the stitches which is what you can see on it. I'm using padsicles instead of gauze because he said there's no real way to secure gauze to the affected area.
This is a disabled 40 year old.

Whoever the fuck did that to such a visibly physically and mentally unhealthy person shouldn't even be sued for malpractice, they should just be taken out behind the dumpsters and shot.

It's a prevalent myth that this can help. Likely because yogurt can contain lactobacillus just like a vagina does.

The reality is that the lactobacillus is an entire genus of bacteria and the lactobacillus in a vagina is not the same type as the sugars in yogurt. If anything, the sugars in the yogurt will feed the yeast infection. It's like using a coyote as a guard dog because its a canine just like a dog.

People also don't understand, that even if it did work, it needs to be real yogurt without additives. Which is usually not what you buy on the shelf of an american supermarket anyway.

The testosterone overdoses cause women's faces to look older. She was featured in the tranny sideshows thread long ago and was always unfortunate looking but T is still bad for her skin.

Urostomies are a thing so I bet they're a reality for more severe cases down the line if they can't reconstruct the urethra back to "normal."
