They have total discretion as to who they charge and with what. Furthermore, no one in Congress in either party is going to give you the time of day, let alone entertain any legislation you propose. All it would take would be one email detailing your history in your own words to make you radioactive. Also, the kind of laws you propose are unconstitutional under the 1st Amendment. It's not illegal to call someone a fake transperson. Inciting violence has a very precise definition, and we're nowhere near it. You have no case, we're not under the jurisdiction of the FTC, and you're welcome to try to get me arrested. Not only will you fail, you will bring yourself to the attention of the authorities.
