Hmm. Apparently the stitches thread used is the 'dissolving' type, but I've seen too many clips on 'yt' of so called 'dissolvable' thread being picked out of wounds years after the initial procedure, that there's no way I'd put the shit in my face unless it was completely necessary.

You're 100% right on that info. I'm 20 years post random surgery where they used this type of thread an once in a while, I would say about every 2 years or so, there's still a fine thread randomly popping out of my skin. I wouldn't want a hundred of these stitches all over my face.

you can take out the breast and buttcheek implants. she'll be left with scars, excess skin, and ruined breasts, but will look normal in clothes.
but all the surgeries on her face, those are permanent and mostly irreversible. a surgeon could try and make her face look less extreme, tone it down a bit, but she'll still end up looking like an obvious plastic surgery victim, never going back to looking normal.
