Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Georgia already pozzed and Russophobic for like 10-12 years? That's where all the buttmad Russian liberals and faggots fled to.

I can't bring myself to care about Georgian politics, except for shitting on Saakashvili.

Currently Russia claims two districts of Georgia as seperatist, with Russian protection. My guess is they want to repeat Ukraine and put in a super nationalistic policy in, rile public up to take back the pro-russia areas and then have control of the entire Russian land border. Just as with Ukraine.

On top of that they probably also want more leverage to fuck with Armenia. For some reason I remember a quote something about 'the road to a color revolution in Moscow can be achieved after Kiev, Yerevan and Tbilisi'. It's all so tiresome.

I imagine whatever has replaced the KGB and the Russian military have some units on standby to repeat the anti-color revolution operation they did in Kazakhstan. Plus the fact that Georgia's legislative branch is clearly and almost universally on the opposite side of the President on this means they probably won't have as easy of a time of gaining much less claiming popular support like they did with Ukraine back in 2014.

I feel bad for the Russians who fled into Georgia after the conscription began. Many people did.

Another case of a puppet president taking his orders from Washington despite little support from the government or populate? Got to hand it to the US, they're really good at exploiting these rinky dink countries and turning them into slave satellites with minimal effort.

These fuckers are everywhere, they just show up out of nowhere with an American education and links to various NGOs and make their way into top positions in places like Moldova, Georgia, Bulgaria etc. Hell I remember reading about one of the Baltics (can't remember which one and it really doesn't matter because they don't matter) having some guy who never set foot in the country before and barely spoke the native language show up from the US and become a major player in their government.

Oh yeah, I'm very familiar with the Abhkazia and South Ossetia situation. War of 2008, Saakashvili chewing his tie, etc.

Was not aware of that new foreign agent law, and that their president was hiding in the US. Explains why they're seeing protests right now, sounds like Russia is gaining influence there.

What's the problem with the new law? If there was media or an NGO financed by another country causing shit in my country, I would want to know.

Zelenskyy justified his decision to continue defending the city in an interview

The Ukrainian president explained that the surrender of Artemivsk (Bakhmut) would open the way for Russian troops to the key cities in the east of Ukraine. According to him, the loss of the city would change the entire situation in the Donetsk direction not for the better for the Armed Forces. In fact, in an interview with CNN, Zelensky admitted that holding the city was more important to him than losing personnel, and that Artemivsk would be held at any cost, even if so bloody.
