Hasn't he talked about doing MDMA? I can't think of anywhere in the world that doing MDMA is legal -- outside of perhaps the occasional research study.

Even in the Netherlands. Law enforcement might not give much of a fuck but it certainly remains illegal there.

He talks about drugs, but adds in a long story about how he only does drugs outside the united states where they are legal and only at times when his children are being watched by child care professionals.

He did talk about doing MDMA. In particular, in the stream after the Gay 90s birthday weekend he said he took MDMA and talking about how great the sex was under its influence, and so on.. Not long after that (a couple weeks? a couple months?) I recall him changing his tune, and saying something on the lines of what @Strix454 said about only doing drugs where they were legal.

This is curious, since last I checked, the Gay 90s is in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis is within the United States, and MDMA is Schedule I.

This disingenuous change of tune reminds me of the "on the wall" saga, to be honest. I think he got scared about creating certain problems for himself if he was seen to be admitting to or encouraging taking illicit drugs and was trying to play cleanup.

Rumble just scored a proper exclusive contract with Crowder. I have a feeling rumblerants won't improve for Nick as Crowder will suck all the oxygen out of the room. Crowder does the boring republican stuff way better and with him focused on rumble means he'll build up parasocial relationships. Crowder actually seems like he has a work ethic and Nick lacks that.

Between better things happening in real life and him not streaming for a week i have been forgetting to set my watcher. I'll try super hard to set it tonight as i expect a crying session about Crowder getting a proper contract. I find it interesting that they gave him a Rumble subdomain rather than a Locals. I wonder if they're considering rolling Locals into the Rumble branding directly.

Like Spotify and Rogan, this makes much more sense as an exclusivity deal than Rekieta did. Crowder is a big enough player that he will draw viewers to the platform. I disagree that it's bad for Nick - I think that part of the problem with the Rumble Rants is that people don't want to create Rumble accounts or send payments through Rumble, and Crowder being on Rumble might weaken some of that resistance.
