It can be up to the discretion of the warden and the court - the warden could easily get pissed at weens and declare that nobody can visit Chris unless proved a relative.

The problem is there are very very few facilities that would be capable of or willing to do such for Chris for the rest of his life. As you say he is an ongoing danger. He clearly presents as an unrepentent sexual deviant. He is a legal liability to any privately operated care home system. And there are next to no long term State beds anymore save for the truly criminally insane. Chris is in limbo because they can't find anyplace willing to take him. He fucked his elderly Mom! Which means no female care workers can be near or alone with him. No female cohabitants. God forbid he finds a retarded girl to get him some China! Plus he disturbs and annoys others. Fellow Male tards would unquestionably kick the shit out of him. Anyplace that would line up to be willing to accept Chris probably needs to be investigated by the State AG, because the only reason anyplace would take him in would be to chain him to the wall in the basement and steal his tugboat.

The problem is, that even if he gets a prison sentence, what happens when he gets released at the end of it? He is still going to be a manchild sex pest. Plus, what happens when you have a fat, retarded, middle-aged man throwing temper tantrums when stores start banning him left and right due to management seeing a mother-rapist as being a liability around their clients, particularly children? I am not saying that Chris is a pedophile per se, just that word travels fast about sex crimes in most towns and many businesses might take a "better-safe-than-sorry" approach.
When Chris gets out Chris will, in my sad experience seeing what the realities of life on the margins are, end up homeless. He will be in and out of jail for various trespass and nuisance charges. He will probably be banned from most stores on the basis of hygiene alone. But I can't see that as being a big change. Chris's weens will have long since moved on to follow some other autistic sex pest.
He isn't going to get that. And if they even let him into the TV room, he'd immediately get his ass kicked if he tried to change their soap operas and/or sports (no really this is what prisoners watch) to My Little Pony, he would immediately get savagely beaten.
