Worse they were acquired by Kape Technologies, a sketchy Israeli firm which there is strong reason to suspect is tied to Mossad. For instance one of their principals used to be an agent for Unit 8200 (basically Israel's NSA). I don't understand the concept of needing to DM people. If you aren't close enough to text then there's no reason to even be talking about anything other than surface level bullshit.

As far as nudes, who cares. People like to see naked people. It isn't advisable if you have a really shitty body or a really small dick, but otherwise you're just naked on the internet. People who are in a position to be targeted should really have a separate system for those identities, or at the very least learn to use virtual machines.

I believe it's Whonix you can run off of a USB stick through your normal system if you really want to something turnkey.
