Well, Nora's follower list might serve a useful purpose. If I'm running an HR department, I'd certainly cross-reference each applicant against that list. Anyone on that list is an automatic rejection on sheer lack of ability for critical analysis.

It occurs to me that in addition to her abuse of drugs and alcohol, part of Nora's problem(s) are related to the fact that she never seems to sleep. I mean, her cycle is essentially 24/7, and that's gotta cause some severe instability in and of itself. I know lack of sleep can cause hallucinations and stuff, and it seems to me that her utter disconnect with reality.

Here's the first thing that came up for a search on "lack of sleep side effects." Sounds pretty familiar:

Lack of sleep can trigger mania in people who have manic depression. Other risks include impulsive behavior, depression, paranoia, and suicidal thoughts. A side effect of sleep deprivation is micro sleep. That's when you're asleep for only a few seconds or a few minutes, but you don't realize it.​

Oh yeah, and also weight gain.
