For a guy who has experience with the criminal justice system he sure doesn't seem to be aware that arrest for incredibly minor crimes doesn't lead to incarceration unless you keep getting arrested and/or keep violating your sentencing terms. And I'd suggest that probably in most instances the cops are going to tell you to leave first before they escalate to arrest. That's assuming they all rush to the location upon getting a call of a dude in a ladies bathroom before they can leave.
I think Erin Reed just expects a swarm of fascist descending upon them as soon as they step out of line, or the citizens of the fascist state being trained and brainwashed into hounding them and ratting them out for the base act of calling themselves woman that as soon as someone clocked them walking to a bathroom they'd end up getting a "Do Not Pass Go Do Not Collect 200$ Patreon dollars" straight to jail type deal. What a fucking awful time, what a fucking awful outcome. I don't feel bad for Yanniv troons or even Erin types, I feel bad for those who are unobtrusive without thread who searched for a fix and then quitely shuffle off, broken inside and with few to no shoulders to lean on.
