I am sick of Nora wanting to be called a "they".

If there is anyone pouring gas on the myth that women are subpar to men it is idiots like these tucutes.

By calling themselves non-binary they are trashing their own sex/gender. A woman is not automatically submissive to a man, period. They think by calling themselves non-binary they are somehow defying their "roles". The roles are no longer existent. There are countless women in the workforce who are now high paid executives. A couple of my family members are among them. They work tirelessly to be the best at their work, and some spoiled brat like Nora comes along and says their work is meaningless because "women are inferior" and so she doesn't want to be one of them. Nora steps on their accomplishments by wanting to be called a "they" and deeming womanhood inferior. I have seen women just as tough if not tougher than their male counterparts. In finance, women on average tend to get higher returns on their investment strategies than their excessive risk-taking male counterparts. Of course, Nora just steps on them too. Nora's "they" gender dismisses everything that women are and can be.

I will give Nora the benefit of the doubt for the moment. Maybe Nora is a man in a woman's body. Then why does she still dress like a woman? Women can pass as men a hell of a lot easier than men can pass as women. Sometimes biology gets it wrong, the wrong genetic catalysts activate and things go screwy. HRT has side effects. Some can even be lethal. Is Nora willing to give up everything to be a man? Is she really experiencing biological dysphoria or social dysphoria? If it is the latter, are her actions really making it better or is she still sliding into the abyss by calling herself a "they" rather than performing a true assessment of their Strengths,Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

As for the rest of the tucutes connected to Nora, the mtf really don't seem to understand that not all men are supposed to be Chad's. Just because they are not 6'3 and play HS football does not make them automatically submissive. Also, the assuming submissiveness equals automatic femininity really grates. Most of them also make it clear that they are not be willing to undergo the rigors of HRT and the consequences or a full transition. So for them it is not about biology or easing their dysphoria, but social factors. They think calling themselves a woman absolves them from being responsible?

I can understand a lot of transitioning people wanting to protect each other. Mental health care in the US is terrible. The level of understanding or coverage to address dysphoria and other physical/mental health issues is a national embarrassment. The trend of "pray away the gay" and religious camps towards LGBT during the early 00's was a disaster. Substance abuse rates and homeless statistics for tra.nsgenders are high. They needed help and never got it. So I understand the idea of trying to help anyone who says they need it. Still, these tucutes seem more like a liability than a service. Labeling people who raise these questions as "truscum" also does more damage than good.

Still, this recent trend of tucutes is a severe pendulum swing overcompensation for the wrongs of the past. It can only swing back in a far worse direction eventually.

Tucutes are people with a social dysphoria rather than a biological one. Internal and external factors in each of them need to be examined on an individual basis. Letting them ratking together is destructive to them.

Nora's dysphoria is she thinks she's cool and should be popular when instead she's a completely fucking annoying idiot who is only useful for the hilarity she provides by being dumb in public.

Then somewhere between that and nothing at all is Nora, who talks about buying a binder but never actually does.

This is really pitiful. This is the kind of shit I'd expect someone with a teenage daughter going through a phase and the parent trying to accept it the best they can and be supportive, not a post that someone writes over their nearly 30 year old daughter.
