Heres a good example.

Last year man paints groomer on a library. People pull up his linkedin and facebook but dont archive it.

This year its revealed that hes charged with child porn, putting an entire new perspective on the crime. Was it a false flag? Was this some literal gay op? Well all of his online presence has since been wiped and we can no longer look at his socials.

Archiving allows us to review and process old information in a new light. News articles can be edited, socials can be deleted, but all of that can be avoided with archiving.

Not to mention the fact that these articles and sources can change in the short term (As little as days or even hours after first being posted), and so if the thread is relevant for even a single week it is preferable to archive in case something changes.

You're being ridiculous, mandating archiving is in no way detrimental.

Personally I like going back and reading the happenings of the week, and early in the war people would delete or edit shit within hours of it being posted. It actively ruins the thread if people are trying to get information and it's just a bunch of dead links or all the discussion is citing shit thats been edited out.

Holy shit they actually expect people to believe this piece of shit was used that doesn't even have an actual dive step and that people wearing over 100lbs of gear and in some cases up to 150-200lbs just jumped right out of the water and into it. Not to mention this little operation would require at least 4 divers to be safe within decompression tables and a minimum of 16 cylinders of various mixed gas which when you factor in explosives and other stuff would have filled every corner of this boat including the deck. Anyone who believes this shit has no experience with boats or diving.

My bad, I confused it with an MRAP or something similar, its not "just a truck", it has "some" armor, clearly not enough for what hit it.
Statement still stands of course, didn't seem offer much protection for the guys on the inside.

It is a common belief here that the US is trying to incite WW3 for economic or population reduction reasons, as the Kalgeri plan was featured on national tv. Plus you know the eternal polack is always seething and salivating, hoping it will get a chance to march to Berlin and prove that its not a useless little coat tail rider like Finns, as both look up to mighty Reich and Hungary who went to Stalingrad, and now they want to try and show us they can be big boys too.

The fact that Stalingrad has nukes now is not enough to discourage the plumber, as he thinks the US has magic that can deter any nuke, so such warheads are totally irrelevant.
