If it was implemented during the Obama administration, my guess is they maybe wanted to statistically track what "race" buys homes the most and say what area is racist or what not.

I wouldn't give him that much credit, the Silent Recession has been something that has been coming effectively since the actions to halt the last Recession in 2008. Trump in 2019 wanted interest rates lowered quite a lot and later presided over the extremely low rates during the COVID-19 epidemic craze in 2020 which to be fair did last a little while into 2021 when he wasn't in charge anymore. Saying if your opponent wins the election the economy will suck is not a surprising thing to do. Presidents generally want to try to avoid having an economic bomb blow up in their face because it does terrible things for their approval ratings. Think of it like a game of hot potato but with money and political stakes.

Considering how much the media chucklefucks were rooting for an economic crash to happen under Trump's watch, I almost wish to will it into existence during Biden's false reign. It's karmically destined and I am prepared to accept the hard times if it means Trump has a genuine un-fraudable shot into winning 2024.

You've never read this, have you? It's been around since 1968 and has only gotten more "diverse" over the years. This defines banks obligations in issuing mortgages (as well as landlords renting, etc.). Redlining is something totally different. That's geographical as in: You live in zip code 85283 and we don't lend there because it's nothing but ghetto niggers. And that's also discrimination and will get a bank totally fucked by the Feds.
