1. California is two-party consent state so it is required to have both participants agreement in order to record a conversation, Dale recorded his conversation with Paypal customer service and at no time did he verify if Paypal had consented to being recorded.
2. California state law requires Dale to have the permission from Paypal before sharing the recording with anyone. Dale not only played the recorded conversation on stream, sharing it with hundreds of people, but also admitted that he was going to send it to Twitch, as proof he did nothing wrong, sharing it a second time.

DSP is far more sheltered than LTG is, after moving to Seattle he should have tried to reach out to some local streamers or content creators instead of trying to do things with the few friends he had back in CT, but he have problems with approaching people first, but i would say that Dale have similar problems, but in his case he expects things to be handed to him out of sheer entitlement while not afraid of making contact first when it is not happening, i'm sure Dale have a social life outside of streaming, compared to Phil, but he obviously prefer streaming when people shower him with money and tries to please him in various ways.

Probably a stolen or gifted invite from one of his bootlickers. The beta entries were limited and awarded via lottery to applicants, and I'm pretty damn sure his his ass is still banned from Capcom and all Capcom events, so I think it very unlikely he could've gotten an entry legitimately.
