Dylan James Mulvaney / Days of Girlhood / Day __ of Being a Girl - Dylan Explains It All, a gay man interprets 'girlhood' in all glorious technicolor.

Archive your shit, Jesus Christ. You actually went to the trouble of archiving half these pages, but didn't bother including them in your post.

Thank you. I intended to finish archiving today but I should have done it before/as I posted for all kinds of reasons. Thank you for the reminder
:jacefedora:

Jesus fuck. Shitting on one's loving and supportive family by straight up lying about them just gets me.

It feels icky….

They wouldn't be hard to find, as evidenced in Unabomber Eleven's post (don't know how to properly @ them).
I have their full dox

I’m not shielding them, just wasn’t entirely sure if it was relevant to the conversation…. If so, will post.

I completely forgot to post the political donation screenshots (the whole doc is a bitch to weed thru, and I’m not trying to make anyone’s life hard🌈), so I’m including those and a couple other lil things worth sharing ⭐

Who would have thought that in less than a decade, these 2 would switch genders and primarily only be known for being transgender as opposed to having successful acting careers….kinda chilling…..

I’m noticing a few things Dylan has in common with Keffals too…. These were the ones that stood out immediately:

Look, I know it’s not a “dirty” word, it’s scientific, all that…. But it just feels gross reading it from these two on a public forum….

I’m also getting some Kingsley vibes from James Jr…..

If he publically hurts them enough, do you think they'll come out and expose the whole facade like Raquel Saraswati's mom?
If I had a son who I stopped being an addict for and turned my life around who I had to watch not only troon out and make an idiot of himself at every turn, but also threw me to the court of public opinion…

I mean it would definitely be the straw that broke my back is all.

I do hope his family fights back against the accusations, unless maybe he paid them off and talked about everything with them before. Not out of the realm of possibility, he’s nothing more than a tranny shill, cash everything in I guess.

Throwing your family away for fame is not a new thing in show biz at all, but it’s still sickening seeing it play out in real time. Dylan was nominally just a deluded and greedy fool before, now he deserves zero sympathy.
There's throwing your family away for fame and there's painting your loving and supportive family as villains, a hurdle you had to overcome, to fit a narrative. Like I said, a loving and supportive family is something a lot of us take for granted. What Dyldo said was heatless and cruel.

On the flip side of that, he's downplaying the lives and struggles of people who don't have loving and supportive families. He's spitting in the faces of people who actually had those struggles. I hope he mistakes his bubble curling wand for his anal beads or whatever he shoves up his ass.

Dylan posted both on IG and Tiktok about working with Rachel Brosnahan who is a guest on the day 365 show. Rachel is the lead actress in the series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

The amount of money his agents must spend on these events is insane. Surely Dylan has made a ton of money on his brand deals which makes them money too but damn, Dylan is busier than a real celebrity. Even just him having dedicated hair and makeup people every day costs major cash.

Actually now that I think about it, I wonder if some of this is Dylan putting up his own money to drive home the idea that he's a trans icon. Either way, the Dylan Mulvaney Industrial Complex has gotten pretty crazy to witness.

Golly gee willikers, it’s almost as though Dylan sold his family out to further the “trans as victim” narrative, garner sympathy and cash in…..
wew lad, Uni. This one got me mati.
The man's dad fought off addiction, something that could have killed him and destroyed his family, only for Dyldo to turn out like this. Jesus.

Rachel Brosnahan's agent is also Creative Artists Agency.
I think most of his creative partners can be divided into actual celebs represented by CAA who are forced to be there and Broadway/trans clingers-on who see Dylan as a way to get represented by CAA.

Dylan doesn't want to be called a groomer and pedophile just because he is trans.

Then he should stop posting weird shit like this:
BCD3915D-882E-459B-966D-C493EB4DEDFB.jpeg
Seriously….who the fuck does this???

And IDGAF if that post is from 10 years ago……That would make him a 16 year old when he posted that, so the whole idea should have been a no-go, bro…..Sure people change, but there’s a huge difference between growing out of an Emo phase or fringe political party, and wildly inappropriate boundaries, suggestive language, suggestive behavior and thinly-veiled pedo-baiting….this is all I’m saying about this for now because research first, but I don’t think this post is something that should be glossed over….

Dylan's rise to fame isn't organic. He is a creation by the powers that be to push troonism by making it trendy and fashionable
This is true of his TikTok career to a substantial degree, but Dylan’s had help (and been an opportunistic clout parasite) for the better part of a decade.

Literally working on it right now…. Stay tuned 🌈

Slightly on topic tho, I’m not fucking amused that Dylan has a TRUE and HONEST little girl performing in this Days of Girlhood horse shit:
FDD8C874-D197-4964-A544-58DC21051892.jpeg
It’s like….a black actor putting on whiteface, and then putting on blackface on top of that to play a black person in a movie or something…..idk

And why the fuck do you need actual little girls in this thing anyway? They don’t represent you Dylan, and this “365” show is starting to feel icky instead of merely ridiculous, self-promoting and insulting to women…

@Trianon i can’t quote you properly, but you said/reported:

“He was so desperate to get into The Book of Mormon that he auditioned when he was underage and not legally allowed to be in the show. He did well, however, except for the tap dancing portion, and was asked to work on those skills more. He got agent offers at his senior showcase, and he contacted The Book of Mormon crew to ask if they remembered him. They did, so he got to audition again and got the role in the tour when the original actor transferred from the tour to the Broadway production.”

….and there’s probably some amount of truth in that story….the story of a young, hungry actor who worked hard and persevered thru valid but stinging criticism to earn his spot in the touring production…..makes your heart swell with good feelings and a little inspiration 🌈 Aw❤️….

But….there is one part of that paragraph that, unless it was wildly misinterpreted or completely misquoted, is a complete and total lie….(and this is certainly no attack on you @Trianon, swearsies)

This: “He was so desperate to get into The Book of Mormon that he auditioned when he was underage and not legally allowed to be in the show”….. is false. Actors under the age of 19 need special accommodations for schooling/homework and sometimes the production company has to hire a tutor for X hours a week, the child can only rehearse/perform X hours per week, etc, but it’s perfectly legal and happens every day. As long as the child is over the age of 4, they can be hired to work in a touring stage production….

If Dylan said it “wasn’t legal” (in a nutshell), then the production company didn’t have the necessary resources/people in place so Dylan could work legally. That could be because they didn’t want him that badly (so why accommodate him?) or they wanted to remain the good guy by creating a plausibly deniable situation (“we can’t afford a tutor or whatever, our hands are tied Dyl”)….. This might also be a lie Dylan tells himself to cope with his bruised ego and he figures most people would take that explanation at face value, (I know I did at first….then I remembered there were little kids in Annie and looked it up) or once again, Dylan is rewriting history in real time.

Wow….. Fuck you, Dylan

Not that Dylan was the most genuine dude before the Days of Girlhood arc, but this post (to me) feels like a turning point with his parents specifically….. This is the first pic with his family that feels….weird….. not just staged, but I’m getting the same feels I get when Madonna posts pics with her kids and she’s more dialed in to the pic being taken and aesthetic than being in a candid moment caught on camera, if that makes sense….

In short, it’s the first time it feels like he’s just using his parents as props to cultivate the right aesthetic online instead of people important to him that he’s in a picture with…idk….it makes me feel things I don’t like to feel….some things are supposed to be sacred….

There's throwing your family away for fame and there's painting your loving and supportive family as villains, a hurdle you had to overcome, to fit a narrative.
Exactly.

And it’s a whole different feel watching Jace Conners yell at his mom about being a terrorist because she kicked him off the WiFi or whatever because she was in on the joke…..

This situation with Dylan feels slimy and manipulative….. I don’t think he totally blindsided them with this, but I get the feeling that the idea of them being painted as “the conservative transphobes that eventually accepted me but not in public” was trotted out in a very Machiavellian way…. Like “oh this is a narrative of hope and growth/you’re the good guys eventually/this will boost my career” ….. But we already know it has nothing to do with anything but what serves Dylan best…. It has to be a story that will get the most attention and sympathy…. Not so much “sympathy” for him directly; he wants people to feel sympathy for him simply for strategic purposes….feeling sympathy puts people on “the back foot” so to speak, and they will be less likely to call him out or attack/confront him….The whole “you wouldn’t hit a guy on crutches, would you?” thing…He needs the “trans victimhood” card because passive-aggressive is his game.

Frankly, this BS narrative of “conservative, unaccepting parents” is not only boring but also inadvertently normalizing not accepting transgenders, which isn’t helping the people he claims to champion and represent…. It would be refreshing to hear a story of love and acceptance instead…. Be the change you want to see and all that….

But Dylan is a sneaky snake, and snakes gotta snake…🐍

Snake…reptile….raptor?….

Hold up…

  • Favorite Broadway show: The Color Purple, specifically the revival with Cynthia Erivo.
  • At the moment he's really into the revival of Into the Woods.
  • Favorite fashion moment: the red Christian Siriano dress he wore to the Grammys.
  • Best piece of advice he received: what Laverne Cox told him about keeping some things private for himself.
  • Number 1 Broadway show he needs to see right now: Sweeney Todd & Parade.
  • Favorite thing about LA: he gets to hide in the car and not be perceived walking on the streets.
  • Favorite thing about NYC: there's always something to go see.
  • Favorite moment from days of girlhood: the White House moment.
  • Favorite fan encounter: he was seeing Sweeney Todd, there was a young trans girl behind him and she said her and her mom already had tickets to his day 365 show and that they watch his video together everyday. Dylan met the girl's mom and the mom started crying seeing him. Dylan hugged the mom and thanked her for accepting her child
  • In relation to his show, he thinks the moment people are going to die for are all the special guests.

His favorite Broadway show answer sounds so curated and like he looked at data before answering. Reminds me of when Hillary Clinton went on some black radio show during the 2016 election and claimed she always carried hot sauce in her bag. Dylan likely said The Color Purple because it’s diverse. If he went for something like The Sound of Music, he’d likely worry about getting backlash for liking something “too white.” Everything about Dylan is curated these days, so I’m inclined to think his supposed “favorites” are also curated to please his audience. Dylan does not strike me as a fan of The Color Purple.

In the article you posted there's a link to a Tiktok video that Dylan posted back in 2020 about his father baking all these cookies.

It even made it on the CBS news, at least on Youtube.

Inspired by @Unabomber Eleven's posts I went digging through Dylan's IG and learned that his Audrey Hepburn obsession goes way back and that he's been friends with Lily Drew since 2013.

If Dylan said it “wasn’t legal” (in a nutshell), then the production company didn’t have the necessary resources/people in place so Dylan could work legally.
Definitely a fuck-up on my part, I was trying to do a quick summary and inserted "legally" unnecessarily. What he said was that the company would almost always choose an 18-year-old over a 17-year-old because of the extra requirements you pointed out. So he tried to game that system to avoid having a point against him. I do think it's very possible they realized he was underage and asked him to wait for that reason instead of underdeveloped tap skills. But that is entirely speculative.

Here's the video again and a transcript of the relevant section:

1:48
So I first auditioned for Book of Mormon when I was 17, and... Which is a big no-no, like, normally you have to be 18 to play an 18-year-old. I mean, sometimes there's Broadway shows like Matilda or Mary Poppins where, like, they do have to have a few kids, and usually they hire out of New York or sometimes LA. Um. And that does happen. But when you get in the teens, they usually just wanna hire someone who's actually legally 18 or older to play younger, like I've been doing in her show [points to instructor]. Um. So I went and said... I was 17, I didn't tell them that I wasn't 18 yet. But I just kept making it, callback after callback after callback. I went through 12 callbacks. And then finally I'm like, 'Oh no.' Like, 'I-I-I can't get this yet because I'm not 18!' And then they asked me for when I could start, so I put my 18th birthday. And I was like, 'OK, whew, it's gonna be OK.' Um. But then they forgot to tap-dance me. There'd be a tap section in the show, and so the director pulled me aside and we started running through (?) tap, and I totally messed it up. And, um, and they kind of pulled me aside and said, 'Dylan, we love you, but can you go and take tap lessons for two to three more months and then come back to us?' And I was just, I was punching myself because it was like, oh, if I just worked a little harder on this one thing, then... 'Cause I totally slacked off and hadn't been to tap lessons in years, thought, 'Oh, I'm fine.'

He basically makes a strong case to this acting class that it's impossible to be hired as a teenage actor and that you will age out of the cute child parts and then will not be looked at again until they don't have to set up tutors or additional resources for you. They want you to be legal even though it is not illegal to hire you.

Which maybe does go to the idea that he thinks he has a limited amount of time to be a cute twink and get those very desirable parts playing teenagers. (There is a separate discussion about how teen- and tween-focused Broadway is now, it brings in new audiences and takes advantage of social media in ways older shows do not. Many careers are launched when a young unknown actor gets cast in Beetlejuice or Dear Evan Hansen or even Bad Cinderella, which is a very hamfisted attempt at chasing a younger audience based on their marketing campaigns.)

He then says he was glad he didn't get the part because "I made my parents happy by going to college."

Mea maxima culpa!

It's funny, I'm pretty sure here's wearing this women's suit off Another Tomorrow. But the cut of an expensive tailored women's suit on Dylan's body ends up just looking like a really weirdly cut men's suit, kinda like Pierre Cardin's experimental 1960s cosmos styles gone wrong
View attachment 4740448
Not everything mid-century should be brought back...
If something is tailored for curves then it's not going to look good on someone who has the figure of a prepubescent anorexic.

But the thing is….it’s not true….

Just like the “I came out as trans at 4” story is a complete revision of history, his family members are not staunch, hardline conservatives….
Well we all know retconning your past is rife within the transcommunity. But to trow your supporting family under the bus like that for extra victim points? Damn.
