It could say a lot things. Most of the time, companies (and people leaving the companies) avoid making disparaging statements like this for a multitude of reasons: avoiding legal liability for disparaging someone's character, to not look petty for going after someone who is leaving, avoid bad PR, etc.

For Niji to go scorched earth like this could mean she really screwed up behind the scenes, it could mean that Niji is more of black company than we realize, it could give weight to the idea that talents were the ones that pushed for her release, etc. But its not a good look for Niji either way.
