Between the two, I'd say the newer one is more "punchable", and with that, I'm satisfied.

The reason that one is more important is that it is a complaint by another attorney about Nick's conduct within the profession. An argument can be made that Nick was acting as an attorney in a case (his own) when he said the things he said.

He might have been acting pro se, but he keeps on insisting he's a lawyer, so it's hard to see that he'd get the kind of latitude for fucking up that the courts usually extend to pro se litigants.

I have to say, the response of the OLPR is one of the things I'm looking forward to most in Nick's journey. Though it seems unlikely that he'll get any significant sanctions against him, I'm sure they'll tell him off in the most derisive way possible. Nick's ego will be hurt, and the seething will be a seething for the ages.
