You and your jannies are moderating the timeline for your users, this brings you a lot of silly drama (since there are always stupid alliances on both sides) and you have to do a lot more work than with the "users have to moderate their own timeline" approach.

This fruitless attempt to tame the chaos, defederating over-moderating and getting your sever filled with people who are made out of gayop like ChrisX and Kinochet.
All you would have needed is two mods to defed CSAM spammers and help people out.
This could have all been avoided by keeping moderation low and telling users to manage their own timeline. Anyone can block people or instances there is zero use for moderation other than removing CSAM.

yeah, i'm tired of all of it. we had stream.me, that got fucked. chudbuds, that got fucked. it's all awful and not worth the hassle of shitheads like alfaniner, grifters like clair, all feasting on the bones of a dude that made funny content that was eerily accurate. it's almost as if everyone took a slice of gunt and became different aspects of the gunt now. i'm hoping to salvage some connections i've made but it's not like what it was years ago when we had messenger.

IK this is late but IDK if it's already been mentioned but that's because that's Ceca Loather not Kinochet. I don't have it on hand but last year in November during the No Ralph November stuff he sent Null a superchat asking to promote the Gunt News Network he was starting up, and he confirmed in sneedchat the other day (I don't have screencaps but you could just ask him). He was working side by side with Kinochet, but isn't him that owned the email and that's not Kinochet's dox.
