One of the things that fascinate me about Yarbles is her decision to look upon Christianity and go "yeah I'll pick the inverse of this". I mean...lots of people have witchy beliefs (neopagans, wiccans, etc etc), so even her belief in the more magical is pretty mundane when any bored housewife who is really into plants can start a blog talking about the "craft" or whatever. What I don't get is taking the unambiguously evil parts of an orthodox religion and saying "I love these!!" wholesale. It's something a very edgy 13 year old daughter of a pastor might do as an effort to rebel, but she doesn't even have that excuse because her parents seem pretty agnostic as a whole from what I can gather.
