Cooking with real wood or charcoal is an art. You need to use it often and you need to work it because you're going to find while gas / electric is easier it removes some of the magic. But then to Jagoff it's not the end product but how long does he need to wait until he can eat it. That's possibly why he's always undercooking things.

Looks perfectly fine to me. Some kind of fish, brown rice and steamed veggies with what looks like melted cheese. It's reasonably low fat, got some complex carbs, fiber and greens. I'm literally not seeing the problem except for it's rather beige.

There is nothing wrong with this food. It is mediocre at worst, which is more than can be said for anything Jack has ever made. If I was stuck in a hospital/nursing home I'd be elated to get food of this quality. He's just mad because there's not a sufficient amount of grease to cram down his worthless maw.
