I do agree that Chantal isn't doing it for feeders. She's too lazy to keep up any sort of demand from someone else, if it's not her impulse it just doesn't happen. I'm sure she has tried years ago but couldn't be consistent, as with anything she does.

For me, it means he’s mentally done with whatever he thought he was going to get. He’s given up. He still plays along, but clearly unhappily now.

The first time she was there he was welcoming, took her to several zoos, beach trips, towers, museums, out camping, abaya shopping, smoked shisha, spent an hour on livestream with her. He wanted to thank every supachat but she isn’t that gracious. He did laugh, remember hyuk hyuk? There was no chemistry but he was more engaged.

This time around, they saw camels, a chicken killed, and had a passive/aggressive restaurant meal that he made sure was in a private room and he wasn’t on camera. That’s about it. No laughter, barely smiles unless he’s eye-fucking himself. He is not on her streams much-he comes in, says hi beezers, but pulls faces, moves away from her, reads his phone, insults her just a little. He is in the bedroom (or elsewhere) for most of it. He’s pulling away, more and more and not including her in Kuwaití life as he tried before. He is keeping up appearances, maybe, but the least he can without setting her off. He now knows the money isn’t coming and Canada isn’t happening. He’s done. Just waiting for the natural end.

At least, that’s the way I see it.

(I know that some of the going out stuff is Chantal being lazy but now he doesn’t try. And she did go out a lot in Canada, even if it was just coffee and fast food.)

As for physically putting her in line-remember, they aren’t married and she’s a Canadian citizen. While “disciplining” your Muslim wife (or daughter) might be acceptable in that culture, she’s not a wife, and the Canadian embassy might take her side. Salad is not living an up-and-up life and probably has the fear and patience to pull as far back as he can and wait until her Visa runs out to pull the plug.

As much as we might like to see a “blanket party” or him otherwise putting her in her place, he really can’t. Not only that, we all know Chantel would learn nothing and would tell the internet every secret he and anybody in his circle has. While I don’t think he’s as retarded as some, he is stupid and has probably told Chins too much. She may not entirely understand what he told her, which could even be worse. He’d have to kill her and I don’t think the Canadian government would take that lightly. Or they might-but he doesn’t know that. Appeasement is his only chance.

So he is done with her by my definition and we’ll see how little contact he can feasibly get away with.
