Chantal's online success, even back in the days of the mystical medium, mukbangs, and Bibi, was completely accidental. She stumbled into mukbangs as a way to make money, add into that the drama around weight loss ( think her infamous "walking around the gym while the trainer films me video") and you had a recipe for success. Watch this fat woman eat and fail to lose weight. She's retarded, but pretty harmless and even got a laugh or two, in between likening food addiction to heroin addiction. So many classic videos during this time, like the time warp videos and the infamous pink wig mukbang.
Livestream era is reallllllly where things went off the rails. She became addicted to drugs, attention, and stopped recording content due to the dopamine drop (and money) that livestreaming provided. Plus, it's easier then the recorded videos she used to make. By monetizing her absolute degeneracy, she fast tracked herself into the spot she's in now.
It's incredibly difficult to bring a youtube channel or online platform back from the dead. Chantal's channel has all but died and she has no forms of making money outside of super chats / memberships. Post crackhead olympics, she has been steadily losing money because about zero people are interested in some fake, demure muslim arc. They want trashy reality TV, fupa balls bouncing everywhere, and late night rage streams. Chantal fails to understand that her part in the ecosystem is to provide content for people to react too, driving traffic back to her own channel when her various arcs reach fever pitch.
Now that TikTok has gotten a hold of her, she's completely fucked. Zoomers care about social media engagement and huffing the scent of their own righteousness. Dunking a fat, fake muslim, that's guilty of animal neglect and a myriad of other things, I don't see a way she can dig out of the hole or make that animal neglect stuff not stick for the rest of her online career. People have been chased offline for much less, not to mention the fake muslim larping.
Her trying to jump platforms won't work either. She had an opportunity to get an audience grown on Twitch in her crackhead days, but since she's allergic to work, she didn't do anything besides pound wheelchairs and suck egyptian dick. TikTok pays absolute shit for views, the way to make money on TikTok is 100% through brand deals and using your social media following there to leverage outside economic opportunities. Even people with millions upon millions of views will be lucky to pull 3K a month, strictly on TikTok views. She's fucked on Youtube (I think her last stream had a max of 650 people in it and made like $30?), she's fucked on TikTok, she's fucked anywhere she goes.
I see two ways out. Either lean HEAVY into the rage streams and open up chat. Understand that your coin making ability depends on reaction channels stirring people into a frenzy and you being a trash bitch. Second option is to move back to Canada, rip off the Hijab live on stream, and rub it all over your sweaty gunt cave and nuke all this Kuwati shit. People miss having a fat bitch to feel like they were better than.
People have been begging for consequences for Chantal for a long time. In my opinion, she's always had consequences, being retarded and trapped in a 400 pound body, BUT, I think the animal neglect and declining viewership might finally be the cannonball that sinks the ship. It will be absolutely impossible for her to get any kind of viewership and income back without either going back to crackhead olympic style content or (and there is a .000000000000000000000001% chance of this happening) she does a real apology, begins losing weight and actually turns her life around in a major, major way. But Chantal's a cow, she's going to continue to eat shitty food in her Kuwati crack den until she dies of a heart attack.
Consequences have finally come knocking and the hands of the clock keep moving, very curious to see where we'll be in 3 months. Plus, I haven't even mentioned her issues with the CA government, they will want their money, no matter what.
