I think what separates Dylan from most other transgender grifters is that he is by
far the most fake and manufactured out of all of them. He's turned himself into a living, breathing committee-tested and committee-approved social experiment all for the sake of fame.
Dylan is a flamboyant gay man who was willing to mutilate his face and transform his body according to the standards of his team and the people funding him. He's fed lines that are approved by committee for him to regurgitate to his gullible audience as if he means a single word of what he says. He's told what to wear, how to style himself, and what weight to stay at by his team.
Most importantly, Dylan is finely crafted, high-price rage-bait for unsuspecting normies and content-seeking conservative commentators to bite on and get angry about/be disgusted by, which drives more clicks and attention to a man who was formerly a literal who nobody in the industry.
The Ulta Beauty video where Dylan (and another literal who from fucking nowhere) talked about how he can totally have a child and be a "mother" to his own child
was explicitly written to provoke an extremely negative response from every biological woman who buys from Ulta.

The Biden interview was meant to evoke a negative response online and drive more eyes towards Dylan's grift (absolutely none of what he said or pressed Biden on will ever have any effect on American politics). This current Drew Berrymore stunt was done specifically to
provoke the middle aged women who watch her talkshow.
And the grift is fueled in equal part by useful idiots like this who desperately want to be at the forefront of social progress.
And he's perfectly fine with all of this because he likes the attention. People finally care about/know the name of Dylan Mulvaney! Not because of any creative achievements in things like acting in TV, film, or Broadway, no, he's famous because women are disgusted by him.
But that's okay, because any publicity is good publicity! Sure, he'll never break out of what he's typecast himself as for the rest of his life,
but that's okay, he's got money and fame!
If you look up the definition of the phrase "selling your soul" in the 2023 edition of the Oxford Dictionary, you'll see the name "Dylan Mulvaney" in place of an example sentence.
