This person was all over billboards in Amsterdam last year. To celebrate pride or whatever.

if anything, this should be used as a billboard for the promotion of mental health awareness and to stop self-mutilation/cutting before it gets this far. This has got to be one of the worst examples of cutting I have seen, and the mastectomy is probably just the latest manifestation of the "cutting" impulse. The scars on her arms look deep enough that I wonder if she has also caused herself muscle damage.

The real questions are, why did the surgeon who performed her mastectomy consider her mentally sound enough to decide on the operation instead of referring her for a psychiatric evaluation with such extensive self-harm scars on her arms, and why the fuck is the poster promoting "cutting" like this?

If the price of “standing to pee” were constant infections, pain and smelling like piss, I’d gladly pee sitting down for the rest of my life. Pretty sure most sane men would do the same.
I think the worst part of this is, they make devices for women to do that without having any surgeries at all ever. If they just wanted to stand to pee they could, I mean they keep fake cocks in their pants right? Why not a device that allows it like the kind you get to go camping or to festivals?

Was that Rachel Held Evans? I knew she had a bad reaction, but I didn't know that was the original cause. Scary stuff.

Since women are more likely to get them, I think some women just have the misfortune of being anatomically predisposed to UTIs (and once you've had one, the chance of recurrence is pretty high). Most of the time they're not a big deal, but they can easily become something much worse.
Yeah that was the one. She had a perfect storm of bad luck- there was a bad influenza circulating that year, killed another young woman journo from the Federalist, also with no apparently preexisting conditions or comoribidities- and coming out of the flu she got the UTI and then her immune system went berserker.

Media vita in morte sumus.

I’ve seen a few of them talk about it, and the problem is that those devices break the illusion. It’s something you put on.

Whereas if you get a rotdog it’s physically attached to your body, so it’s easier for a crazy women to maintain her constructed “totally real dood” mind worm.

Crazy? Sure… But some of these chicks wear a little fake penis (packer) in their pants all day. It’s mental illness and very fragile self delusion.

Any surgeon willing to perform an elective cosmetic procedure on a patient this obviously prone to disfiguring hypertrophic scarring and keloid formation is a fucking crackpot, period. The exact etiology of the injuries doesn't even matter, although I do unreservedly agree that the obvious history of serious self-harm should be yet another contraindication for this specific patient.

It's criminal. You don't need a medical degree and plastic surgery residency training to see that any incision you make on this patient has zero chance of ever healing properly, you just need a single working eyeball and a conscience.

Incidentally, I don't always think that a history of self-injury should be an obstacle to seeking elective medical procedures. There are a lot of people out there who go through some shit and have lasting scars. It should be handled on an individual basis. In a case like this, though? Yeah, the outcome is going to be poor.

Just to add to the UTI discussion, I think I might have said this before, but just being on T can make you have recurrent UTI if ur a female. Don’t know why, or if it’s proven by science, just through plenty of anecdotal evidence of TIF I’m acquainted with. Nothing to do with their hygiene, some of them even were prostitutes before, and fucking disgusting men who never wash their peepee never gave them an uti. Now they have UTI one after another just through the merit of T.

Makes me marvel at Gods/natures design. You don’t get uti easily even from fucking the most disgusting men at the bottom of the barrel, but as soon as you start fucking around and think you can be a man, boom bitch, you are gonna have uti for the rest of your life.

So true… was trolling on PITT the other day and read about this post op detransitioner guy. Sth he said rly struck me, he was saying now everyday he truly feels like a “man in a woman’s body” because he has no dick but a make shift crotch hole and abnormal breast growth. Poor guy, but still: How you like it now huh bitch that you are living in a body that’s truly alien to you and there’s no way to restore it back to the way it was. Maybe he can get the tit chop but his dick is forever gone, and he has to live in that body for the rest of his life. Truly a fate worse than death, I can’t think of any way out of that horrific situation other than rope
You know that the urethra and the vagina are different holes, right? Not intentionally being an asshole; you'd be shocked at how many adults - male and female - don't know that women don't urinate from their vaginas (or their clitorises).

Most of the time, a urinary tract infection isn't actually caused by bacteria living on the surface of the man's penis. Something like 80% of UTIs in women are caused by E. coli, a bacteria found in feces. The female anatomy makes it really easy for microscopic traces of feces to be spread from the anus to the urethra. Sex is one of the most common ways it happens, and you don't need to be doing it in the butt for it to be possible. Everything down there is just very close together.

I will say that most women get their first UTI when they start being sexually active- and that experience; that of a function you never paid any attention to being horrendously painful, in a way that never trully eases off til it’s gone-
Really makes you appreciate the simple smooth running of bodily functions.
Men don’t seem to suffer with it- unfairly, we seem to get it from their dick bacteria.
There's even a name for it: "honeymoon cystitis". It's not just newly sexually active women, either. It's pretty common for women to get a UTI after having sex with a new partner, even if they've recently been sexually active with another. It can also happen to women in sexually monogamous relationships upon resuming sexual activity after a dry spell.

As I said, most of the time, the infection isn't caused by bacteria on a dude's penis, though. It's really easy for bacteria from the woman's anal area to be spread to the urethra during sexyfuntimes. Since the female urethra is a lot shorter than the male urethra, it doesn't take very much for the bacteria to enter the bladder, where it's nice and warm and moist. This is why it's recommended to pee both before and after having sex. It helps flush any nasty critters out of the distal urethra.

If you're prone to honeymoon cystitis and are planning a "special event", such as an actual honeymoon or a weekend in bed, or a cozy getaway with your man, bring a box of phenazopyridine tablets. They're available over the counter in the United States and you can find them at most stores, usually with the other pain relievers or with the lady stuff. The most common brand is Azo. Make sure it says that the active ingredient is phenazopyridine hydrochloride. Phenazopyridine is actually a dye, but its most useful effect is as a direct, local analgesic (pain reliever) that works specifically on the mucosal lining of the lower urinary tract. In short, it makes your peehole numb and provides temporary respite from the "I'm pissing out white-hot razor blades while being punched in the bladder by God Himself" experience of having a UTI.

Because it's a dye, it will turn your pee flaming orange, and the tablets will stain stuff they come in contact with. Don't wear your best undies and wash your hands after touching the tablets. Some people find that it makes their tears orange and stains contact lenses. In men, it's been reported to turn jizz orange; you're on your own for dealing with that. Importantly, it DOES NOT treat the infection, it just makes it less miserable until you can deal with the underlying problem. If you have a UTI, it's a good idea to see a doctor for antibiotics as soon as you can, since it's really not fun if the infection reaches your kidneys. Don't take phenazopyridine if you have liver or kidney disease, if you're allergic to azo dyes, or if you're pregnant. This does not constitute medical advice.

There is no way LGB make 10% of the population.
Agreed, although I do believe the statistics about how many Gen Z kids consider themselves "trans". It's sobering, actually.

Anyone arguing that 10% is high needs to remember that bisexuality is the "B". There's a lot of people there, that is probably the largest group in the acronym.

"T" being the smallest group.

edit to add: aren't gen z now mostly in their early 20s? I thought alpha was the generation coming up these days (2010-now). Millennials are now in their 40s.
I think the 10% statistic is derived from Kinsey Institute "research". If I am remembering correctly, it basically includes anyone who has ever felt a little funny about a member of the same sex. Whether a man has receptive anal sex with another man or he appreciates Michaelangelo's David, he's in the 10%.

Edited to apologize for double posting. Since the two posts are about disparate topics, I hope my faux pas is excusable.

So, Benjamin Cohen, CEO of Pink News has created a new series called Pure Trans Joy, and in its first episode is basically marketing mastectomies to pre-teen and early teen girls, and while this is sadly not new, this has got to be one of the most disgusting examples of troon propaganda so far. Mermaids is also involved, so that should be a red flag already.

This piece was brought to you by The Critic, which has a healthy gender-critical stance regardless of your opinion on feminism itself.

anyone who's had SRS then any degree of reversal surgery?

as always fuck transphobes. i am not regretful or at all planning on detransition, but this is a complication i ran into and this is the sort of revision im looking at. i think im actually happier overall after surgery but this is one problem that is putting a damper on things and could make things even better if fixed

in my last post i mentioned some problems i had been having. basically my labia minora/clitoral hood/clit area looks and FEELS like a dick just tucked right under the skin like i have really bad phantom penis sensation to be honest. supposedly it might be an erectile tissue issue but honestly i dont really notice any change in size or anything when i get turned on. basically this makes me super dysphoric, honestly it's kinda worse than when i just had a dick because it feels like i still have one, i can even feel the outline of a shaft under the clitoral hood, i just cant actually enjoy sex with it anymore the way the phantom feeling gives me to urges to stroke it or penetrate my partner (sex was the one time i was okay with my dick).

so im wondering if anyone has had mtf srs and then gotten some sort of phalloplasty or anything like that. i DO want to keep the vagina, no regrets there, but im kind of scared to go more in the complete mtf srs direction of fixing the clit area because what if this feeling doesnt go away and i lose more sensation than i already have id be even more miserable. but since what was my dick seems pretty "intact" still i wonder if it could be reassembled any more easily. i dont mind skipping urethral rerouting and stuff at this point if theres any risk to that im honestly just interested for sexual function. i dont even like having my clit touched its too sensitive, i preferred the stroking sensation of the shaft i used to have (and im going crazy because it feels like its right there just tied down). my bottom dysphoria was to the point i wanted SRS but i did enjoy sex with my dick, and even after SRS if it's going to feel like i still have a dick and need to put up with the dysphoria of that anyway id rather just have the dick back so i could actually use it since the setup now is unsatisfying and uncomfortable. im not 100% committed to this yet but i am thinking about it and mainly wanted to know if it was even possible.

there's probably no hope for me to have anything at all functional but i figured I'd ask. i know i would need to talk to an actual surgeon for their opinion but like i swear it looks and feels weirdly intact so idk if it would be easier than typical procedures. has anyone else dealt with this phantom feeling and found a good fix for it
Top comment is also great

Hello,

I'm also seeking phalloplasty after Penis Destroying Vaginoplasty (PDV).

I'm a mod on r/salmacian where this is linked, but I'm putting this message in both places for people who are in the same boat.

As of right now I know of at least two of us who are trying to get phallo, and so far none of the phallo doctors have said no to me. The biggest obstacle has actually been that the institution I was working with blocked my desired surgeon from taking on any new phallo patients.

I agree that our kind of story is easily captured by malicious actors, but really we are not the cases of regret and detransition that they want us to be.

As it is, I encourage you to join the r/salmacian discord where I have set up a section for people who have the same issue.
I'm betting in a few years it'll be so common we could have a thriving thread dedicated to the reversal surgeries.

@batteredpancakes

It’s not really “reversal” surgery they’re talking about though, but about becoming a real life futa: Dick and vagina.

They’re not reversing anything, they’ve maxed out their degenerate class and want to upgrade to god-tier deviants.

I have no doubt that reversal surgeries will become a thing though.

Top surgery can be “reversed” sorta. (You can have boobs again but they won’t be functional nor have sensation.)

Unfortunately it’s only possible in very few cases of bottom surgery.

Chicks who got phallo but kept their vagina (a minority) can get it taken off.

Men? I guess they can have their stinkditch closed. Phallo is sort of an option, but comes with many of the problems of FTM phallo.

The plastic surgery profession is going to have its work cut out for them on that one, because there is often not much tissue left to work with, post-SRS, and it would lead to even further scarring and urinary issues.

True it's not real reversal but it'll be the same spectacle like the SRS is now.
These people are chasing the dragon and a lot of them will treat reversal just the same. They will think it will 'fix' them.

I've seen at least one top surgery reversal on reddit. Heard of reversal phalloplasties in medical papers. Plus some TiFs getting their phallus removed.
The rest is lots of people wanting reversal but have no follow up online. I doubt there is a lot of motivation to post.

Yeah, rotdogs can be taken off but if you had a vaginectomy, there’s no way back.

I wonder btw how “detrans” surgeries are being treated by insurance companies?

Wouldn’t be surprised if detransers are fucked because it’s considered cosmetic.

Men are more likely to get them as they age, due to swelling of the prostate, and having difficulty fully emptying their bladder as a result.

p.s. Phenazopyridine is a mild urinary antiseptic, as is methylene blue. It won't treat a UTI, but it can reduce the risk of one. I wouldn't recommend using it routinely, however.

r/salmacian seems to be the subreddit for the regretters who are still neck deep in the ideology to go to discuss reversal surgeries.

reverse vaginectomy?

I got RFF phallo in 2018 with complete vaginectomy, scrotoplasty and urethraplasty. Everything went pretty well, I have some ongoing nerve pain but moreso with my arm/donor site than penis.

I really regret closing my vagina, and have this odd feeling of feeling it still. Especially in a sexual context, it feels similarly to pre-surgery when it would swell/etc and pressure and touch there feels great, but I really miss that hole!

I wonder if anyone has ever had a reverse vaginectomy who was in a situation like mine? I know I would likely need to reroute my urethra to reopen the hole but that is okay with me. I would miss standing to pee, but would prefer to have the hole back more.

Thanks for any advice or experience given!
This is another post she made a few months ago on r/phallo
"reverse" vaginectomy?

So I know you can't fully reverse it, but does anyone know (or has anyone had) a hole reopened?

I am thinking about rerouting my urethra and they told me I'd have about a nickel sized hole behind my scrotum to pee out of. I am wondering if it would be possible to open it up mote and create a hole again? I feel my old bits and miss them/having sex with them more than I thought.

Obviously planning to consult with my surgeon bur interested to hear from others. Thanks!

Does she want to widen up her rerouted urethra opening to create a vagina, pardon, a hole? Is she made out of meat clay or what?

Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you all for making this thread. I've been reading it over the past couple of weeks.

I knew I'd be in for a shitshow, but holy hell my eyes are scarred for life. I'm trans and was already 95% certain I would never get a neovag, this thread gave me the last 5%.
Should be mandatory reading material for every tranny who considers this stuff.
If you're still dumb enough to call yourself trans after reading here, stfu
