Yea sitting on social media 24/7, whether it's Discord Twitter Locals or whatever, tends to end badly for people's sanity.

I was in his Discord for a little bit, I barely paid attention to it, but I know he has a very "freeze peach absolootism" mindset about moderating chats. That was the mindset towards his Discord and is apparently the same with Locals. I think this is actually a mistake and one that people can fall into too easily. These are private spaces with no obligation of freeze peach and actually should be moderated heavily if you want to prevent gay drama. If someone makes a rape threat they should be given one single warning then perma ban, or perhaps not even a warning. The same for posting lewds.

Ban retards. Don't tolerate faggots. And make it clear up front that that is the approach. And if you can't or don't want to do that, or can't manage to delegate it to a couple jannies, then I don't know, just don't have one of these gay little fan club chats at all. But if you are going to have one, leaving it as a free for all is a recipe for headaches and faggotry, which IIRC Nick has been dealing with literally for years at this point.

I would venture to say that most of us are autistic; not psychopathic. We collect things. Most of the time we like to admire our collection of 'internet trains', like to talk about them, but we are not calling your governor or posting you photographs of the trains.

I do have a bunch of information collected, but I am indifferent on applying it to extract one person's personal information at any given time. I am mostly cat-ish: I will play with it for a while, tire, then put it away. I have no reason to be malicious unless given one.
