At this point, Nijisanji and Finana's statements on this are to be taken with a grain of salt. That's them trying to dump on Zaion to justify their dismissal. We don't really know what happened behind the scenes and Zaion has yet to tell their side of the story.(which by her account as well as Nijis statement it seems she was misrepresenting her situation to other livers)
You aren't wrong but ultimately anything she has to say is in the same boat and could just be said to be 'her dumping on her dismissal to claim she dindu nuffin"At this point, Nijisanji and Finana's statements on this are to be taken with a grain of salt. Just don't act surprised when Pippa becomes the next nyannersHere's a pity (you), because nobody gave you one the first time you posted this.
You're an even bigger retard than I thought, /vt/sister.
Google search for youGaslighting is basically strawmanning. A good example of it being done for fun and comedy is the Vesper/Kronii therapy(gaslighting) session.
Whether the word gaslighting has been "bastardized" is beside the point, is what I'm trying to tell you. Finana herself gave no real examples of how she was "gaslighted", so we have no idea what she meant. She did the video equivalent of "vague posting", and basically threw shade at her former coworker in such a way that it might not technically fall under defamation, but it was definitely designed to disparage her character. The stuff with Finana is just me pointing out that it's a bit autistic to pretend to be unaware the word gaslight has been bastardized and that it's likely being used in that bastardized form because that's how it's almost always used especially in the vtuber sphere these days.
People are picking a team because they regard the actions of Niji and its remaining talent as outright scummy and unprofessional, and I tend to agree. Regardless of what Zaion did or did not actually do. Fact of the matter is, this is mostly a he said/she said situation, especially in regards to Zaion's interactions with other talent. Taking anyone's word at face value at this point isn't worth it.I'm not approaching any of the matter of her dismissal from this he said/she said side of things because I really couldn't care less about the slapfight of it all so much as I just think folks talking about the topic tend to pick a "team" in the race over personal politics rather than any actual sound reasoning.
That's the thing: I don't think Zaion actually did anything to mandate being immediately terminated over, and I believe a lot of other people agree with that sentiment, which is why many are calling fowl. Especially in light of some of the shit and controversies other talent have embroiled themselves in, like what happened with Millie. The fact that Niji had to list outright incorrect or petty shit, and things that happened on her Roommate/past life account (which has no ties to her Niji account, effectively doxing the talent by confirming that they are behind both) just to make her seem worse only point to this. That was entirely unnecessary and they could just given a short termination notice, but the fact that they went that far means we now have to actually question their motivations and scrutinize their reasons for letting her go.By and large Zaion's dismissal is already justified by what can be plainly seen without having to play the "he said she said" game with her and other livers.
Whether that's true or not is besides the point. Any statement made by anyone involved in this situation should be taken with a grain of salt.A lot of this discussion has watered down to at this point just "Finana (and any other liver to a lesser extent) bad, so take what she says in bad faith and assume the worst interpretation of it" "Zaion good, her edgy jokes made troons mad so everything she does is good and should be given the most charitable interpretation. "
Some people think she might post internal communications. Unlikely, but possible. However, I don't think this will be a vague statement. Considering how scorched earth Niji went, she will have to answer the accusations in some way to protect her own character. She also might be looking into legal action.Reality is Zaion is unlikely to ever offer much for "her side" we'll probably get some vague statements at best, and from that those that already decided she is some sort of martyr will extrapolate whatever version of events they need to to justify her as being a martyr.
Honestly, I think a couple hundred isn't too bad given how new they were but they probably should've gone the KawaiiPro route and crowdfunded as a gauge of interestView attachment 4785964

Two out of five talent left NextStage three days in. Sinking all that money into a 3D concert to show to less than a couple hundred people is insanity. Apparently they started auditions a year ago on March 2022.
Context given from someone on /vt/ is that she used to have some kind of childcare job in Japan and apparently still had pictures of some of the kids from back then. How accurate/honest that is and why they're reacting the way they are is beyond me thoughI don't get it, what is she showing? And how do we know what she's showing?
At the risk of just running in circles more than the topic already has......... Being supsended for over a month and then terminated is not "being immediately terminated"That's the thing: I don't think Zaion actually did anything to mandate being immediately terminated over, and I believe a lot of other people agree with that sentiment, which is why many are calling fowl.
It uhhhhhhhhhhhhh...makes it much worse, if anything. I was willing to think it's just out of context loli/shota stuff to make her look bad, but it's her actually keeping photos of random children, taken god knows how.E: found the context, it doesn't help much
A month isn't really that much time. We also don't know when Nijisanji actually made the decision to terminate her. Some have put forward the idea that they really wanted Zaion to quit on her own and were pressuring her to do so, and she possibly refused to play ball, which does sound like a very Japanese thing to do, as its shit they do all the time. We have no idea what actually happened behind the scenes and whether or not Niji ever intended to bring her out of suspension. For all we know, she was effectively terminated when she was suspended. But her termination was sudden enough that they still released content with her in it, just sloppily airbrushed out and her credits barely removed. At the risk of just running in circles more than the topic already has......... The entire situation was anything but "immediate"
for an employment decision a month is a long ass time, Like to keep an employee suspended that long in the first place is above average. And then for all your talk of "we should be taking things with a grain of salt" you just slip off into rratposting with the rest of your comment. All in all about as much as I expected lolA month isn't really that much time. We also don't know when Nijisanji actually made the decision to terminate her. I merely offered an idea people suggested, and explained why I consider it plausible (because the Japanese do shit like this all the time). And then for all your talk of "we should be taking things with a grain of salt" you just slip off into rratposting with the rest of your comment. Which is another reason why all of this is suspect, and why its possible she was actually on the outs from the very beginning.Like to keep an employee suspended that long in the first place is above average.
I’m going to presume, because I can’t fathom otherwise. That they’re weird photos of kids she knew. And that it’s not real naked photos of kids. Because it wouldn’t just implicate Enna but all of Ethyria because if I found out my friend had that, regardless of context, I’d call the cops.Honestly, I think a couple hundred isn't too bad given how new they were but they probably should've gone the KawaiiPro route and crowdfunded as a gauge of interest
