Personally, my money is on Phil disconnecting from the chat and running like a bitch the second he even suspects someone's gonna turn on the hot lights. Which he will of course explain was totally not him faggoting out, d00d, but was because he had an internet outage which coincidentally will last the entire remaining length of Craig's show. Nothing he could do. Please report to the Official Stream for your debriefing once Phil's sure he will no longer be expected to return to the Sidescrollers and answer any questions.

Now is a bad time to sell, but when everything back to normal, he should look for a more sustainable solution. But in the end Scopley will get all the money so whatever.

I'm not familiar with the real estate market in his area, but with the recent market scares now might not be a bad time to sell a house. The Fed's likely to continue to increase interest rates, so if he wanted to get out of there ASAP he could find a buyer. It's a bad time to buy a house, but there are always people who need to move (work, kids, downsizing, etc.)

On the one hand I think it's a good time to sell if you wanted since very few people are selling cause no one wants to lose their <3% rate. On the other hand the tech industry is in trouble and tech is big in the Seattle area.

Dave's stated his ultimate plan is to refinance the WAkahndo and use the equity to pay off his long term tax debts/probably blow the rest. So it's not like moving is that much different. As has been stated before, there's literally no reason for Dave to live where he does. He doesn't have any friends or family in the area, He has a job that can be done from anywhere, and he spends all day indoors so it's not even like the local climate matters.

The only con against selling the house is that it probably needs thousands in repairs that Dave has been neglecting in favor of giving money to Scopely.

The clips (Aqua/hogan/snort/Vault), the videos that talk about/make fun of phil (meme/steve/GTG/shiko/Outsider) and the restreams that are either just re-streams or talk about the trainwreck that is phil (PoP/DDM/Agent/meerkat) are fine

The further you get outside of those groups the more it becomes less about phil and watching the train wreck and more about, ironically, phils day off like segments with the restreamer or giving phil credence in his paranoid delusions of a detractor circle jerk and detractors being obsessed with him.

I'm waiting for DSP detractor mech, why not there's so much other content about this lolcow more than his dents do, which hate to say but a broken pig is right twice a day, his whole "the detractors need me, they use me to make money" is kinda becoming a prophecy than the ramblings of a paranoid delusional shut in.

I dunno might be me but giving this much attention good or bad to an attention starved lonely narcissist is worse than troll tipping him. It's probably why he thinks he's some hot sit big get for anyone who wants to interview him, he sees the tons of videos, songs, the postcast, the art content about him and again he's an egotistical delusional attention fueled narcissist.
