I love how he posts a bunch of legal information, without actually taking it into context. The lack of self awareness is amazing. This is not a commercial purpose.

If you read through it, you will find that you have essentially no legal footing to stand on here. It should be apparent to you, since your repeated "legal" actions* never amount to anything. If someone who paid thousands of dollars to file, for a failed attempted couldn't, your toothless homeless ass can't.

Seeing as we aren't a physical place, and that essentially Kiwi Farms is just an echo chamber for your words and behavior. I don't see how any of this next cherry picked parts of law, help you in any way.

There is a reason you can't win Tommy, as much as you like to use the law. The law works for us as well.

Speaking of the law, you have repeatedly made threats, slander, and other various attempts towards this website. And the users there in. Your conduct alone would completely invalidate any legal footing (if you had any to begin with). And your character and behavior could be called into account, including the many calls to law enforcement and your criminal record.

Let alone your use of drugs as documented by yourself on video. I'd be very wary of the legal knife you like to swing around. Because that knife can cut you as well, and you have a long history of documented on camera drug use.

Parody and satire are specifically protected uses of copyrighted material. We're not pretending to be you for fraudulent purposes, we're using your images to make fun of you. By some definitions of the term, you are a public figure, so the standard for libel and slander is higher than if you were just some rando we dug up. We haven't violated your civil rights, because you keep coming here of your own free will. If you hate us so much, leave and never come back.
