1) Yes, this guys actual last name is Dedman. He has zero imagination.

I call it a PsyOp till evidence of something more than that comes to light. This may be just that, messing with his mind and kicking him in his paranoia.
They are alleging that the plan is to "evacuate" May and Rozy while Ralph is in US, to "serve" her an escape plan. It is my opinion that May doesn't want to leave and if offered chance to leave she will decline, and nothing would come out of it. They can blackmail her with some charges I guess, and promise to not sue her if she goes back to daddy, but that would be really low. And by "they" I mean Harry.

This may be unpopular opinion but I like the idea of PsyOps. Not like this tho. Messing with Ralph's mind can be funny and harmless if done subtly and if it causes Ralph to trick himself rather than to try and trick him directly.
