Exactly! Hookers are for fucking, not marrying. The whole "turn a ho into a housewife" thing. But old Crusty Rusty is different. He and his used love seat can give a working girl a better life of living in a low rent one bedroom apartment, dining on Collasal Crunch and the occasional meal at Wahlburgers. Also, riding shotgun in the Nissan Versa that Mr. and Mrs. Greer purchased for Rusty.

I am genuinely rooting for Russ. I want him to make this movie however he wants. It will be right up there in the so bad its good camp. Right next to The Room and Birdemic. Please Russ make the hooker movie a reality.maybe we can even get October Rising. The summer camp romcom holocaust movie.

Same. For the movie and the nice guy song.

Sounds like the movie is about a nice dude. And the song is supposed to release in May along with the trailer.

So why not use the song in the trailer? Do some kind of co-marketing promotion. Let the song make people want to see the movie, let the trailer show off the song to execs who might otherwise not hear it. Has to be some way to make it all work together for maximum effect.

And after the voiceover ends and you hear the first "trouble, I'm trouble," even putting aside the omfg copyright issues, the whole thing should have ended, but it goes on and on and on...even going to a whole instrumental shift before finally finishing. And in the meantime you're just left looking at a face and thinking about your to-do list.

And only Russell would be sure to specify a "Nevada" brothel and a "legal" prostitute. Ugh, thud.

Likewise, "what would you do if...?". I don't know - nothing? Say, "hi, how've you been? Cool to run into you, nice chat, bye"? Why would you think you should "do" anything? Classic Russ, again. Captain Saveaho.

So...bets on what Steve's facial deformity is? Or will he just have a limp or a missing limb or something?

I think this should be reformulated as a dark action movie. Starts out light, becomes a caper as she seduces her would-be suitor into a seemingly easy scam - Steve and the hooker start fleecing johns and working casinos for marks, amass blackmail fodder, really get their grift on, until something goes horribly wrong and the hunters become the hunted. From there it could stay dark crime drama...or go horror (dialogue and subtlety would matter less then, if standard slasher style)
