I wonder how his drug addled mind will process today. I assume (big leap of faith here) that he'll attempt to ride the tiger and avoid being obviously inebriated, but he doesn't know what that means anymore. He's more used to living in Xannyland than reality at this point.

It's not a matter of if Ralph will be zonked, It's a matter of not being too zonked to function in the courtroom.

Today we'll find out if he can manage that. If not, then it further confirms the death spiral sentiment.

when you get to a level of substance abuse like Ralph the window of "I feel ok but I'm not completely out of it" gets smaller and smaller. I don't think he has the impulse control to hit the right window between staving off withdrawals and being obliterated.

Vickers' stated purpose is to simply make Ralph's life hell, and even if he wins he does not expect Ralph to get more than a small fine. This has worked so well Ralph literally fled the country and sobbed begging Vickers to just leave him alone in one of his pillstreams.

So Vickers' actually already won. You don't have to like him, but he got what he set out to do, turn Ralph's cozy neet life upside down and making him live in a constant state of fear.

I think being at the hearing in person and not through Zoom could work in his favor. If he were at home he would try to keep calming himself down with another pill and another drink right up until the moment he needs to speak or show himself.
Don't get me wrong, he will still be high as shit, and there's the possibility that he tries to overcompensate for the fact he won't be able to drink or snort pills for a few hours so he shows up completely out of it. Who knows though.
Either way, one thing is for sure, he will tweet out that it was a total Ralphamale victory no matter what happens.

Ralph has less than an hour to woo a random ass lawyer into representing him on the go. Ralph might start something like one night stand only it'll be "one time court" trend. Lets send him some good vibes, thoughts and prayers so he may be successful.

I don't have any faith in this being the one, but if they move forward and have more hearings relating to Vickers I hope Ralph does a stunt in one of them so good it ends up on Court Cam. I love that show just for seeing crazy retards act out in court and it'd be surreal to see him be explained/lain out to normies by Dan Abrams.

Yeah. Not that I suspect Ralph really grasps the gravity of it, but this is his first shit test to see if he's either completely off the rails or mostly off the rails.

A fairly common stupid vexatious litigant trick is to show up with a newly retained lawyer, ask for time for the lawyer to get up to speed on the case, then fire him. This wouldn't be very smart because he's the one who has to travel to these things, but Ralph isn't very smart. I don't think anyone would take him on as a client without money up front and a nice fat appearance fee. He'd be entitled to any unused retainer back if he fired the guy but I wouldn't be surprised if it'd cost him $5K just for a less than an hour apperance.
