I know the Vickers own themselves more than Ralph does, but there is no way Ralph leaves Friday with visitation rights, is there?

Faith would have to be a dumb ass after the recent multiple violations of her Restraining order on top of the requests to send porno to Elementary children, asking for a temporary revocation of visitation while they reassess should be an easy sell to this judge.

So, you know, there is a chance.

What about THC? I know recreational cannabis is legal in California, but does anyone know if it can affect his visitation rights if he doesn't have a valid medical reason for using it? I'm not sure how that works.

edit: Maybe this has been covered already... I haven't been following his legal woes as closely as other happenings.

I think the Vickers were specifically trying to get it on the screen they could deny him over. That's where the "I have a prescription" hollering is coming from. Of course Ralph has also admitted abuse, even if he claims the 10mg comment was a joke, he's been seen drinking too much to hide behind his prescription.

I'm perfectly happy to offer legal advice. I think Ralph's filings are fantastic and he should definitely keep filing pro se. I have a wealth of legal knowledge from following weeb wars, Melinda Scott, and Russell Greer. If Melinda and Russell are to be believed, I'm practically a lawyer so it would behoove Ralph to follow my legal advice.

Visitation isn't even in the mix, which is funny because part of Ralph's filing is that the Vickers are trying to stop him visiting. Yet he has visited his son one time in 5 months, despite having the rights to see him for 2 hours a week.

I think he just puts that in unrelated legal documents to convince the few fans who aren't just astroturfing groypers or people with feuds against the slogs like earjuice that all this is some massive fight to see mah son! When it's really just a white trash retard thinking he'll die before facing the consequences in full of just repeatedly openly breaking the same order

This fat retard does not think that far ahead, if you watch some of his seething streams whilst he is out drinking he does start saying I just wanna see mah sooon. He is conflating the issues because he sits, alone, seething in his attic drunk and high and these things fly around his head like it's a pinball machine. May doesn't want to talk about it, because this single trip is Ralph giving more money for Xander than he has for Rozy - he's spent more money on spilled liquor than he has on Rozy.

These filings are just him lashing out at the world, it's why he is Tweeting about enjoying being able to file by himself now. It's going to be funny though going ahead, because he will either learn the hard way why this is so fucking retarded, or he won't care and every time he goes to court here on out will be Pro Se and he will just use it to berate people.
