Now I know it goes without saying, but friendly bit of advice Ralph: you can't libel or slander the dead.

What is so funny about this is that Ralph is missing the entire point, no one is filing legal documents referencing his dead mother, well except him, and yet he's bringing up a separate situation based on a single tweet from Faith. (Someone he says is untrustworthy and makes these sorts of things up...).
I think the final thing he is going to file is an accusation that Faith was at his hotel room, having sex with him, in DC while she said she "fled" and that it doesn't sound like someone "fleeing". In doing so, I think he is seeking to challenge the basis of the DVRO.
Again, no legal expert, but this seems to be somewhat irrelevant. Courts know that most cases of
domestic violence are not straight forward, with the victim having confused feelings towards the perpetrator. The fact she went back to him at any point is not really indicative of her lying, when put in the wider context of what happened between the two of them - so whatever he has to say better up end the entire order or he is better staying quiet, "ya honour, she said she fled but she sat on my totally 8 inch peen. She a liar" is going to reinforce the DVRO if nothing else. Press X to doubt on that though, if his lawyers couldn't get him off it then alone he's fuuuucked.
Then finally, I guess there is a question of whether Ralph can get in trouble for these filings in terms of breaking his DVRO or ROs, and I guess even perjury which he has technically committed already by claiming he didn't commit a sex crime. It appears he's filing these at least partially to use them as a bully pulpit, he's seeing this as a chance to have his say on issues for lots of people to see - rather than legal filings. Is this a loophole, or is he retarded and stepping on multiple gigantic rakes?
