I'm not calling this a win for Ralph yet, he may have gotten a 5 month continuance, but let's be honest; who here thinks that Ralph will still be sucking air in 5 months? With the amount of booze and pills that go down his fat gullet, I'd be surprised if he lasted another 5 weeks.

The win is status quo is preserved and he gets to see Xander. And if he's smart he will find a lawyer.

To Raplh, that really just means 5 more months of xanies and alcohol to drown out the existential dread and Vickers making fun of him, he's way past the point of diminishing returns when it comes to making this thing last longer.

Ralph wins for completely absorbing the Vicker hoursehold for years with this crap. Imagine being one of Faith's two brothers having to deal with this drama day in day out because your sister is a whore and your father is a cuck e-clout chaser. And now he gets to do it for another 5 months.

While a string of continuances is a boon for Chris Chan its a double edged sword for Ralph.

On the plus side every continuance delays the inevitability of consequences. This is good for Ralph. Despite also putting him on a cycle of having to relive the stress of court and a perpetual state of facing the unkown, Ralph has drugs and booze to offset that. In the mean time he can spin it is a W when in fact it is simply not and outright L.

On the downside he's going to be bled dry by having to spend the money to either fly to California regularly for meaningless court appearances like he did this time, or he'd actually have to retain representation to appear on his behalf. Maybe he'll get lucky and be able to Zoom call it but that's not a guarantee.

Aside from the opportunity to see the son he obviously doesn't really care about, Ralph is putting up with this legal limbo for effectively no potential benefit. As has been stated before Vickers goal is simply to make Ralph's life suck, and the coin merchant is winning on that front.

Much like War Games, the only winning move for Ralph is not to play.

He's referencing a tweet Ralph made earlier today saying that Mr. Vickers couldn't even look him in the eye at court from being so intimidated by the Ralphamale
