This is going to be fucking amazing
Edit: He forgot his aids cream
He's got the Cushing's Hump. I am pretty certain he has that disorder and it is completely untreated.
Also, his current streams he looks so defeated - I think once he leaves his little hugbox, and sobers up a little, he realises what shit he has caused for himself.
Gator is now claiming Ralph's filings have been thrown out, but it's Gator so eh.

The diagram for that does look just like Ralph. How would he have gotten it though? Does he take cortisol for some reason, or is it an adrenal problem? Actually the latter would make sense, considering how short he is.

I'm not calling this a win for Ralph yet, he may have gotten a 5 month continuance, but let's be honest; who here thinks that Ralph will still be sucking air in 5 months? With the amount of booze and pills that go down his fat gullet, I'd be surprised if he lasted another 5 weeks.
Ralph victory condition is to live with out the consequences of his actions and die before the bill comes due. As long as he can eat his ice cream, pop pills, and slam Modelos he is winning.

Damn it Ralphamales!

Guessing Ralph asked for a little more time to get a lawyer.

Part of me wants him to actually wisen up and get a real lawyer just so we can see what that poor fucker would be subjected to in the courtroom, and the other half of me wants this xannie soaked retard to continue going pro se because this has been fucking incredible since

Cortisol is the stress hormone, Ralph lives a stressful life - it could simply be that his lifestyle and constant drama surrounding him caused this. Perhaps it was him going to jail, as that would be a high-stress experience, or perhaps this was actually something which he has suffered from for a long time. Notably, he was addicted to Xanax when he was younger too iirc, and perhaps he had a genuine anxiety disorder which again could have elevated his cortisol levels high enough that he developed the condition. It might even be that his body just naturally produces cortisol at higher levels.
There is another syndrome that presents with Cushings like features called "Pseudo-Cushings Syndrome". From what I can tell, this actually refers to a collection of syndromes that present the same way that Cushings does but without the same root cause. The Wikipedia article note that:
However, pseudo-Cushing's syndrome is not caused by a problem with the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis as Cushing's is; it is mainly an idiopathic condition, however a cushingoid appearance is sometimes linked to excessive alcohol consumption.[1]
I guess the summary is - he presents a lot of the symptoms, and the cause could be anything from a normal stress response in abnormal circumstances, to excessive alcoholism or he could have a genetic problem that has manifested this way. Take your pick.

It's likely a combination of these things acting in concert with the fact that he exacerbates his situation by willingly bringing the stress on himself. His arrested development has permanently left him as an immature adolescent stuck in an adult male's (grizzled and deformed) body and time is catching up to him. Ralph could certainly find other avenues to manage his stress, including medications that could reduce his stress and treat some of his other underlying problems (pregabalin or gabapentin comes to mind) but IDK.

He has 2 separate court appearances scheduled today, right? Are they both continued or what?

Also lol at physically appearing for a continuance.
Yes, this one was for Faith's case that happened at 9 AM PST, and you can see they have already added the next scheduled court date on the Nevada County Court website.

We're still waiting on news about Vickers' case as that's happening at 1 PM PST -- so, very shortly from now.
