Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

That's probably be the one time but we're more grateful than anything, a bit like, 'praise be but for fuck sake not this shit again'.
a premenopausal woman might have legit excitement. not exactly fun to become a dried up old lady. a teenage girl might also be excited. some girls are actually excited about becoming women, and menstruation is the rite of passage, as it were.

This post triggered my recollection of an image I've spent years trying to suppress. It's not gory or graphic, it's just ... wrong. It seems to date to about 2017, which was before I found the farms, but even in my relative ignorance I found it deeply disturbing.

There is even a period browser game and board game, apparently...

Tampon Run

The Period Game

I mean, it is one thing to educate yourself on basic bodily functions, but the degree at which some elements of popular culture revel in periods borders on the fetishistic. No woman likes getting her period, especially with many female members in my extended family who have had many uterine problems as it seems to run in our extended family.

I remember something like a social media campaign on Tumblr and other platforms around 2014 at the height of SJW sperging trying to claim that "Men get periods too!" and to stop using she/her pronouns by default to refer to people who menstruate. I remember this cursed image as some FTMs were trying to jump on the "freebleeding" bandwagon.

This image again lol. The accusing, manufactured outrage on her face kills me every time. Like who tf is this ~bleeding while twanz~ thing even for??
🤔 Let's see, you've got your "normal-ass period having ladies." Not trans so not for them.
You've got your "insane ladies taking so much testosterone they don't get a period anymore." Not for them.
You've got your "self-hating, trooned out but hella ***triggered*** by period blood so don't wanna talk about it" girls. Not for them.
You've got your "straight pooner who could just take poison birth control to pretty much stop her period because why not, she's already into hurting herself" girls. Not for them.
So who is this for? Girl troons who demand a closed stall and trash can and 1970s tampon machine in every men's room lmao? Girls upset because tam-tam commercials use the word "women"? Dude, bro, king, you need to man up

surely having a flayed arm would make this basically impossible? don't you need really good strength and fine motor control in both hands for climbing? i think they might discover what that nerve and artery they harvested were actually for.

has anyone told them you can enjoy the great outdoors without mutilating yourself? in fact it would likely be better for their mental health than surgery. especially the poor girl who thinks an operation will stop 'feeling inferior.' maybe a lobotomy would.
I just started bouldering recently, and forearm strength/stamina is THE limiting factor for me. Probably even more strenuous for a woman (really, small people in general) because they might need to jump to reach some holds that a tall person could comfortably reach from standing position. No fucking way an Aidan is climbing anything with a skinned arm.

I used to climb and women tend not to even be able to jump for holds - you climb with your legs as a woman. Men can just effortlessly grab and pull up using upper body strength but we can’t do that to the same degree. A very few women climb more like men but just watch how the girls do it next time you’re there. You’ll see they use the arms more for balance but all the effort is legs. Bouldering is working out a puzzle for both sexes and it’s annoying watching a bloke haul himself the last move in one while you know it’s going to take you three. It is, in fact one of the experiences that made me very aware of just how differently men and women are athletically. I was good on limestone sea cliffs and the lads hated it becasue it was all fiddly little holds. They loved the grit edges and I fucking hated them becasue it was beyond me to pull up on a rounded flat top.
Either way, she’s not climbing on that arm, like you say. The arms are what really disturbs me. The amholes amd rotdogs are just meat but the arms… urgh

also can you imagine how confusing having periods explained in terms of uterus-havers on a space adventure would be for kids? who is this book for?
An excerpt from one Amazon review:

I bought this book for my pre-teen daughter and it was really helpful as she was anxious about starting and this helped make it something playful, and "normal." I have also recommended it for younger girls in an inner-city school where I work.

Also, let it be noted that Sebastian the Sponge is male and also menstruates. How playful, and "normal"!

I wonder if this has to do with women’s center of balance being located lower than a man’s? It seems that women have a lot of balance and strength in their legs. Iirc, quite a handful of American football teams (I don’t think on professional level teams, but I could be wrong? I don’t watch American sportball.) have a woman on standby specifically for kicking field goals. I believe it has something to do with the lower center of balance allowing them more control on the direction of the ball when it’s kicked.

How dimininished is the strength in a flayed arm? I know some lose movement in it altogether, but then you got TIFs like d00ley’s (forgot how to spell her user, it had 0 in it, right?) who can “play the guitar for a few minutes” and whatnot. Surely you cannot rely on that arm to even be strong enough to keep you balanced while rock climbing, even if said TIF were to be primarily using her legs?

The bus stop image of the teat yeeted girl with literal zebra stripes... I mean... Why is this image being venerated as if its the bastion of overcoming adversity?

Then there's this image from a Tweet I came across

I remember this one from the Dr. Teetus Deletus thread, it really sticks with you, the more you look at it the more cursed it is. Even the covid masks and the christmas tree add to the absurdity of it all.

i know this isn't sperg about what makes us feel ill about these surgeries thread. but i completely agree. it feels so wrong seeing those arms. like getting a graze is fucking painful. if you get a bad one keeping it clean is tear inducing. and they are choosing to do this.

weirdly the only one that has actively made me heave was the bit where the bone is removed to create a permanent hard on. the x rays. so its not even graphic imagery but its so invasive and purposeful, you have degloving accidents, but not precisely removing a piece of bone accidents.

these people have a better case for medical PTSD than the MBI thread but they can't ever admit it to their hugbox.

Women naturally have good lower body and men just irritatingly have great upper body strength.

As a gym goer I always found it frustrating that the men found it easier to just gain strength faster with less effort (or so it appeared) however, it pretty much evened out because I'm better able to perform other moves that require more flexibility and finesse. Women and men are just built differently in all kinds of ways.

Reproductive organs aside, a man will never be a woman and a woman will never be a man because we just work differently.

Could be part of it, but frankly most of it is that men are so much stronger than women. When you do something that requires upper body strength the difference is stark. A bloke can pull his whole body up on one hand and very few women can do that.
I would be interested to see if participation in sports is a protective factor against troon ism. I know we have some sporting superstars who take advantage of it to cheat, but I do wonder if just using your body in a healthy way and seeing how different men and women’s abilities are kind of grounds you?

Rff stage one with dr Daniel freet
Caption: 3/10/23 Donor arm after three days with vac and integra, going back on 4/6/23 to get skin graft
Caption: After reive vac minimum mobility of finger started therapy
Caption: First day after surgery 3/11/23 gland will be created on the 4/6/23 or second stage, size long 6-3/4 and girth 6” very happy with results only have a minor bleeding on the base

She has what looks like a kneeling child/teen on her phallus? And some writing.
I'm surprised she got such a big phallus from rff. That's coke can tier. Most get only around 3.5-4.5 inches for rff.

So this is what gets me to register at the farms after lurking forever.

These stupid TIFs want us to believe they’ve always known they were Real Boys their whole lives, but they didn’t have the foresight not to get a full sleeve of (invariably fucking ugly) tattoos? So few get electrolysis beforehand, either. Delayed gratification seems to be beyond these touch-starved BPD twats.

No one wants to touch anything that looks like a graffitied train station toilet wall, and is likely as cold and fragrant as one.

  • Pissing into one of the giant trough-style urinals at the local renaissance festival
Every natal man who's done this has hated the experience. Bad enough pissing too hard and getting backsplash on your hands; worse when the asshat next to you pisses too hard and gets backsplash on your hands. And that's not counting trying to take a leak as a kid and you just fucking *know* that the guy who rocked up next to you in the trough is a chickenhawk. Seriously, those things are awful.
  • Multiple day camping trips,
  • long hikes
  • rock climbing
And what exactly is stopping her from doing these while in possession of a vagina?

A few pages back someone had shared troon butchery with their grandma... To share it with someone outside of this forum is one thing, to stumble upon it by accident when you're watching TV is another. My mom got exposed to troon butchery through the 90 Day Fiancé show recently and was trying to tell me about it and I had to refrain from showing her some real wild stuff. Apparently they showed the TiF leg scars on TV and documented all of the complications of a rotdog saga. If anyone has the footage it might be worth a laugh or two for the reality TV angle.

No idea what the hell is making him wet and I doubt the woman he's with is real to claim jealousy over a stink-ditch's lubrication.

Piss. It's piss.

when he spreads it open it looks like a wart is his "clit"

I believe they swapped his button mushroom cock for a button

This reminded me of this story from a FTM who had some wild hysterectomy complications.
Two weeks after the hysterectomy she starts bleeding, it kept getting worse over a week. She suddenly gets a huge gush of blood coming out of her, more than she ever had as a period, soaked through a pad and her pants and onto the chair. She thought she had a miscarriage for a second... She went back to her room, and passed another blood clot, and several more times that night as she didn't want to wake up her dad to go to the hospital. Her dad drives her to her post-op appointment as she bleeds through all her clothes and multiple pads on the drive to the clinic and again while waiting for the doctor. The doctor said she couldn't figure out what the problem was so she goes to the hospital, and continues bleeding all over everything waiting in the hospital bed. They did a CAT scan and couldn't find out the issue so she went to surgery. It was caused by an opening in the stitches and the surgeon didn't know how it happened.

She also had a life threatening complication doing egg freezing.
She was bloated after surgery, and it got worse until she was very bloated and vomiting non-stop stop, has to call her dad to drive her to the doctor, and they say she has ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. She has to go to the hospital in an ambulance, they drain 2L of fluid out of her abdomen. She was in the hospital for 4 days and says she lost like 20 lbs.

Next stop: phalloplasty!

Ashton is planning on doing a series about "trans fitness". I can't wait to learn about working out with her splayed rot dog!
