Can't quote or reply for some reason, my apologies. As a resident True and Honest Nazi I must humbly disagree. "Ehren" isn't a German name, although clickbaity baby name sites may pretend it is. It could be a German name when used in a proper form, which would be the noun "Ehre". No one would use it this way, though. Ever.
It can be part of old fashioned German names such as "Ehrenreich" (basically "Honorable") but never as "Ehren".
